After that my car's light started going on saying maintenance required and now I have a coolant leak. That's the problem with those places that are too quick and don't take their time. The place I normally go to is a very good place I should have waited. Now I'm regretting it. Too many Indians not enough Chiefs. The kids were very nice there but unfortunately I think it has a lot to do with it and there are lack of knowledge or too much in a hurry. He flipped a u-turn at the light and his whole engine seized up. 5:30 am was a terrible time to get a phone call about what happened. Luckily AAA was able to get a wonderful tow service company to drive us to Tim's to drop off the car. I had found Tim's on Yelp with great reviews. Never had been there but knew of it, as we have drove passed it a few dozen times before. It was also convenient because it was right down the street from the hotel where my dad was staying. We made it there 5 minutes after opening. I went in while my dad finished up with the tow truck. I explained the situation. They were understanding of the but apologetic, as they were fully booked till Monday next week! My heart sunk. However, they told me they could get the car a diagnostic test to see what the problem was, since it was early enough to get it looked at. Apparently there were a few other people from out of town needing their car fixed just as quick as we needed our done. At that point I figured we would just have it towed to another shop. Jeff and (I believe) Ray were the ones who helped us. They were extremely friendly and gracious. I received a call as a back up, around 2pm. They found the issue. Minor compared to what we thought it was. They said since it was a smaller repair they could have the parts and car fixed by 4:30!!! I was ecstatic. They knew our dyer situation and were able to work it out. My dad was so grateful for the speedy service they provided. In addition to this, I have heard nothing, but bad things about them. So, I was reluctant to go to the Jiffy Lube in Nampa. After poor service at other places I made the executive decision to come to Jiffy Lube. They are really good at what they do and they ask you questions to make sure that you are being taken care of. They check everything on my car. If you need anything like new wiper blades or a new filter you can certainly ask them and they are able to help you replace items for an additional cost. They have been courteous and informative with me. Coming from receiving poor service from other places this means a lot to a customer like me.

On August 17th, within six hours of driving, our oil had completely depleted. We were running on essentially no oil, almost stranding us. We were able to make it to another Jiffy Lube in Harrison, Oregon. The mechanics there were horrified by the poor service done in Nampa and strongly suggested we push for a refund, they were more concerned at the fact that the car was running on pretty much very little to no oil that it could've caused major engine problems and at least two of their mechanics told me that the engine could've blown up. They told us that the mechanic at this location put on the O-ring on dry causing holes, and therefore our oil leaking all over the undercarriage of our car. As soon as our car pulled in, we left a huge trail and pools of oil as soon as that undercarriage was unscrewed. They even offered to escalate the issue themselves, stating they would testify to the poor work or push corporate to ensure we get our money back. We have attempted to resolve this with the Nampa location, and after being promised a refund over a month ago, we have received nothing. Furthermore, when the Harrison location contacted the Nampa branch, the personnel representative laughed and said they would not be paying back the cost of the oil. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of safety is unacceptable. We were offered a free oil change, but the fact that we've had to push this far to get any results and yet we're still awaiting a refund has made us question their reputation.

She was more interested in looking good and dressed in a crop top that was just off for the business. No one had name tags or company clothes on so was not sure who was doing what.
