I've reached out to the "business" and no answer, no call backs, and of course no email available. I'm not sure this place really qualifies as a "business" because that would entail actually interacting with your customers, and giving a damn. The self-wash seems to work, but I've never once seen any staff walking around, and the fact you can't contact them when you get overcharged is all the invitation I need to go elsewhere.

It was... okay. But they frequently missed parts of my car despite using protein-based robots to do the washing. Apparently the metal robots have the advantage -- those things are like EverReady batteries: they just keep going and going. I was paying more for the hand wash, getting so-so results, and usually waiting in a big line. Their interior service was fine, but I think the Overland location is every bit as good. Then there's another alleged über-premium "hand job" car wash in town. But before you can experience the pleasure of their hand job, you apparently have to buy some fancy wax/detailing package first. They were also the priciest place I found. Never tried it. Maybe it's a unicorn. Now I never will. It felt a little like dealing with a nightclub bouncer: apparently I'm just not good enough to be allowed in and overpay for a car wash. Anywho... At the Overland location, while you wait for the interior service, they've got free popcorn, soda, water, coffee, and some comfortable couches. However, this place has good value for the money. I have a big Ford F-550 to wash, so I need time. I can wash, wax, rinse and spot free rinse and not have to refeed the machine after my initial coin drops. Equipment works excellent - from the wash to the vacuums. There are 6 big bays to use and PLENTY of vacuums on either side of the building.
