The quality of the work done was great. And was somewhat done quickly. The one thing I did notice that they had a young gentleman working there. I believe his name was Llovani. He was a very polite and well educated gentleman. What disturbed me about this visit is that I believe it to be the 2 managers of the location I believe a female named Lindsay and a male with glasses not sure his name did nothing but run around yelling at the 2 younger gentlemen. They were yelling for all the clients to hear. I think I would double think on who you have running your business. That Llovani was super helpful and very professional even under the pressure of being yelled at for something he was not at fault at. The other younger one made sure to check in with me as well. He did not have a name tag but he had bleached hair. Was so happy to see the younger generation acting more mature than the adults. Those young boys earn the stars for sure. read more

Zero Stars- if possible! Apparently, this Jiffy Lube #2540 has a D- with BBB. More like an F- in Jiffy Lube University. Complete fail. I was the last customer, stopped in at 5:40-checked out at 6:04 PM (per my receipt.) Closing was 6 PM. The pit guy confronted me in the waiting room asking if I was getting a "last minute oil change." After yelling about being at work since 7:30 that morning. I could hear all the yelling from the customer waiting area. Never would I have thought that someone's hurry to get off work would equate to destroying my engine. Followed up next morning when they opened. Didn't have the bay doors open at 8:10. Was told my check engine code and severe knocking was a bad camshaft sensor by Mike the manager. Knocking continued, so I followed up the next day. Offered a free oil change, talked down to, Mike the manager avoided me completely. 3 Jiffy Lube visits (within 3 days) 9.9 miles later my car was inspected by a certified MB mechanic, stating I had minimal oil, and oil all over the engine, with clear photos that the oil plug was leaking brand new oil. They destroyed my engine by not tightening the oil plug. Denied all responsibility, refused to provide insurance information. Requested a call from regional manager, told I would get a call from Steve. Later, Mike the manager LVM for me, saying he wanted to inspect my car (forth time.) I don't know how many screw ups someone can have. I don't feel safe nor do I feel that Mike, the manager, has the authority to check my car after numerous failed attempts. Oil pressure controls the camshaft, having the wrong pressure is what caused the malfunction/sensor error. * I am filing this complaint regarding serious negligence and unprofessional conduct at Jiffy Lube #2540. After an oil change was performed at this location, my engine was damaged due to the oil plug not being tightened. Corporate regional needs to get in touch with me ASAP. read more

WOW. What a lovely experience from start to finish. I've had my fair share of being scammed by the Toyota dealership and other places around town, and I am always hesitant of who I leave my car with. I came by for just a simple oil change and told the manager (I hope), Mike, what a near by shop quoted me for some work that had to get done to my car. It was over 3k worth of stuff. Mike looked shocked, and then quickly wrote up some numbers and quoted me just under $1k to complete the same work. Talk about top notch customer service. I was SHOCKED! At jiffy lube?? I never would have thought. He was so intentional with his pricing ensuring he could get me any discount he could and took great care of me and my car. Mike was amazing. Another worker there, Nick, spoke so highly of him as well which spoke volumes. I don't think I will ever take my car anywhere else from now on as long as he is there! Felt comfortable with this shop from the moment I drove up. Mike was so friendly on initial contact, and helpful in deciding which services I was going to receive. I got an oil change, a new air filter and fluids. Laura worked on servicing my vehicle and was absolutely amazing, she was very positive and energetic. She was engaging and you can tell she's a light within the establishment. I've never been to an automotive shop before with such caring and pleasant workers. I give 2 stars because they did give me a military discount however, customer service was lacking. No hello when we arrived, never spoke to us unless they told us to do something, and offered the most expensive option without detailing any other choices until we asked. Not one worker had a smile on their face and I just didn't feel welcome there. Did not offer to help us turn off oil change light and I know they saw it was on. Just a bad vibe. This might not be the cheapest place. But there is always enough guys working where I'm able to be in and out in 20 minutes even when there is someone in front of me. I don't have to worry about them messing up and filling up my oil to high or low and they show me this before I get back into my truck which is nice. After going to the Eagle store twice I decided to do my own oil change and found that the oil filter had not been changed at the last visit. I came in for an oil change a few months ago and the technicians shoved my oil plug back in so hard and far that it damaged my oil pan threads. My boyfriend went to change my oil and the plug pulled out threads and now the plug doesn't fit back in which leaves me without a car until we can fix it and most likely have to buy a whole new oil pan. It's so infuriating paying my hard earned money for a service to have someone ruin parts of my car. I would never suggest jiffy lube to anyone and will tell everyone I know that they do not take care of your car and only care about getting money over a good quality service. read more

I had money STOLEN from me out of my car at this location. I had extra "emergency" cash that I keep in my middle console that is hidden and all of it was stolen after my oil change here. If I could give 10 stars I would, went in today because my oil was super low, I have been having issues with a code on my car and just spent thousands of dollars from rips off auto places in Boise, I have to say they got my oil changed and everything checked out and I explained what was going on Daniel figured out the problem and fixed me right up. Eric's customer service was phenomenal and every other person I came across, I will only go there for my oil change from now on and I will only bring both of my daughters cars in. Pulled in, asked about price it was $15 more than dealership charges. Let them know, they said they would get me a better deal. They put synthetic blended in my car saying it didn't void the warranty, called Toyota dealership they said it could. Bottom line spent more than I do at dealership with a low quality oil. Great experience today. Recently moved here from Las Vegas and would go to JiffyLube for my oil changes. Usually spent 1.5 hours in the small wait room and was pushed for extra services that were not needed. Today I was helped immediately, there was enough staff and they were very helpful and thorough. Did not push me to buy their overpriced cabin filters, and gave honest feedback. The waiting room was spacious and clean, they showed me under my hood when they were done and also reset my oil life indicator in my car. (This is quick and easy but no one has ever done this for me!) they were all very pleasant and I was greeted and told to have a nice day by everyone not just the person I dealt with. I'd never been to a Jiffy Lube but found a Groupon for a decent price so I decided to give them a try. They did the job quickly and were pleasant enough but when I got my car back I noticed a portion of the hood about the size of a quarter was bent up at about a 60 degree angle near the hinge. It was busy, near closing time, and I was tired after a long day so I decided to address the issue later. In the meantime I told maybe a dozen friends, family, and co-workers what had happened. Every single one of them told me Jiffy Lube is horrible and they would deny they damaged my car. I wasn't quite that pessimistic. A couple weeks later I took my car back to this shop to show the manager and do you know what he said to me? "We didn't damage your car." I was honestly a little surprised; I really thought they would do right by the customer. Anyway, there have been exactly 2 people to open the hood of this car, me and the people at Jiffy Lube, and it sure as hell wasn't me that mangled my car. To know this and stand there and have somebody tell me to my face they didn't damage my car was incredibly offensive. At the same time I had to admit my friends, family, and coworkers were all right. They knew this company was terrible and I didn't and I paid the price. The manager gave me contact info for the owner in case I want to escalate the situation but I'm starting to think it's not worth my time. Clearly this company has a horrendous reputation and based on my experience it is well-deserved. I have a feeling the longer I drag this out the more angry I will get because it will cost additional time and money just to have someone else lie to my face. So I guess the moral of the story here is do not do business with Jiffy Lube unless you have a junker of a car that you don't care gets damaged. If possible I would suggest finding a local guy to do you oil changes. They're more likely to treat your property like their own. read more

TERRIBLE! Location near Fairview and Milwaukee. Oil service was fine. I was driving my car and could smell burning oil or something. Had to pull over on freeway and there was oil splattered all over in my engine compartment and even onto the chrome area of my bumper. There was a nice clean spot where the cloth drapes over the side of the car during servicing. They told me that they didn't do it and that I must have done something. I NEVER mess with things, I always take it in. They tried to tell me that it had been there for a long time, I showed them the clean spot where their cloth was and the oil that did not absorb into things on the chrome. The look of "oh crap" was priceless. Even still, he did not apologize, he did wipe down the engine. I get a phone call asking me to come in for a coupon for a free oil change. Guess what I get when I go in? 4 coupons that cannot be used together for $10 off an oil change. I will not be returning for even one oil change let alone 4. I work in customer service and when I see it failing somewhere, I want it known. When it is done well, I spread the word. JIFFY LUBE dropped the ball. Never again Jiffy Lube. read more
