Got $14 wash. One star for vacuums and one star for wheel wash. As far as bugs go forget about it. Be ready to scrub them off. Doesn't do glass or running boards well. Really nice looking car wash but just another quick quack overpriced crappy job wash. read more

Add back the military/ veteran discount. I get that you changed ownership but in doing so and removing that little detail you lost my business. Also I had been auto charged for the month but no refund given when cancelled, y'all just kept my $$ The staff is amazing though, understanding my frustration but sadly since they aren't the owners they couldn't help. read more

When the wash opened a few years ago, they had three big things going for them-- a reasonably effective car wash, friendly staff, and a good system for getting the cars through. With the new ownership, the first thing they did was get rid of some of the brushes, so they don't clean as well. I went through today, and they changed the system so now you get to fight for your spot in line. The staff isn't nearly as friendly either, probably because of the complaints they get about the other stuff. Reading other reviews, it sounds like the new owner couldn't care less. I'm trying out the other washes in the area. read more

The employees are always friendly and helpful here. The wash is very good but if you have heavy dirt on the rear of your SUV I recommend spraying down the surface with a hose first. The wash does not clean this area as well as it should. I tried the new location on Caldwell Blvd. in Nampa next to Orchard Street. It is even better, providing compressed air to blow out crevices and all the plastic labels on your vehicle. read more

Took my brand new 2024 Toyota Camry there. When I came out I noticed the emblem on my car was cracked. After a week of waiting I finally get called and told they aren't taking responsibility and blamed it on a hitch from a random truck. read more

Wash broke my grille and foglight, manager refuses to do anything. Says his video "proves" preexisting damage, so basically called me a liar when I explained that we'd closely examined the foglights when buying the car only 4 days previous. Then went on to say they "don't repair 10 year old cars regardless". Wow, does that mean this happens all the time?? Ironically, I had mainly just wanted to vacuum before installing my new floor mats, an exterior wash was my secondary reason to go there. Now I'm out $10 for the wash plus $150 or so for parts! If you value your ride don't take it to Epic! read more

Epic wash is a great spot to get your car washed and vacuumed! They allow you to get your car washed multiple times as long as you remain on site and their epic $20 wash allows you to come back within 4 days to get it washed again. The staff are attentive and friendly. read more

My wife took our Toyota Highlander here and the brushes beat and scratched our paint. Also the rubber molding on the roof was torn loose. This is not the same quality as the Eagle epic car wash which does not scratch your car read more

they destroyed my 3000.00 wrap on my work van. i asked before joining their membership, if your car wash would hurt my wrap. i was told no problem!!! now they don't back up what they said. i will sue epic car wash !! don't use this car wash, you have been warned read more

Epic Shine Car Wash - Car Wash Near Me - Caldwell, Idaho

I have been going to Epic for a couple of years now. I always get great service. They have decent prices. I always use Epic.

Great car wash, free vacuums, and monthly memberships starting around $20 a month. We have a monthly membership and come as often as we want to, I am pleased with this car wash. Just wish they'd clean the mirrors at the end more often, they can get a little grimy. Free vacuums and they have rags to wipe excess water. Weekends can be busy- I'd advise coming on off times! read more

We sought out this car wash based on its exceptional reviews. We had driven through three states in three days that left our car smattered in bugs of all sizes and colors. The $20 wash cleaned off at least 95% of the bugs and road grime. Yay! read more

I don't mind paying $18 to wash my SUV rather than wash it myself. However when I pay $18 for a car wash I expect the dead bugs to be washed off the windshield. I went back 3 times and there are still bugs on my windshield. They probably can't wash their own ass. read more

If your car has an external antenna you can't go thru. They will demand you remove the antenna and "suggest" you buy a different one. That's what set me off. I told the manager (owner?) no and called him a bad name. He banned me for life. Ok, that's on me but the first thing he mentioned was the amount of damages he had to pay and then claimed he was only thinking of my car. Bull! read more

The bug massacre that is my car was very much unaffected by this car wash. It's shiny, but so are the splatters of so many insects. If your car is already clean I suspect this will be a fantastic place for you! The mat washer was a nice touch though. read more

Epic Shine Car Wash - After the car wash! Look at the shine! Look at the bugs! - Car Wash Near Me - Caldwell, Idaho

I've had a membership for a couple of years, recently noticed my fee went up $5 from $25 to $30, no notification. I called 3 times, left messages two of the times after two weeks and no one returned my call, I went and canceled it. Employee did not ask for a reason. Guess they have plenty of business. read more

I come here for the vaccumes and towels. the free car wash is a plus. I recommend ear muffs as those power suckers are loud! The car wash sometimes leaves dirt ob my car. But im there for the vaccum. Attendants are always friendly. read more

Best car wash in the treasure valley! Thought I got a scratch from them, they showed me all of the footage and after the dispute was fixed I got a free car wash! read more

Very fast and quality clean with free vacums and rags but sometimes the car will not get completely dry so it may leaves dry water marks unless you use a rag to wipe it down read more

Love love love unlimited car washes!!!!! My car with its wrap can go thru here!! Love the smell and love their locations too!!

Love this car Wash! There's never a line, the people are so friendly and helpful! They always chat with me and the kids

I have gone to other car washes before Epic Car Wash came to Caldwell Idaho. Does a great wash job and nice to be able to use their soft drying towels. Happy I don't need to travel to Meridian to get my car cleaned read more

We went to this car wash today for the first time and signed up for a membership thinking it was a good deal. Unfortunately, it's far from it. I now have two dings in my car and the larger ding got scraped with something that caused the paint to peel back and bunch up. I'm 100% positive those marks were not there before the wash, it's a newer vehicle with less than 30k miles on it so there's basically no wear and tear to it. During the wash my husband and I both heard a couple of odd knocking noises on the outside of our vehicle and found the dings when we got home and out of the car. I tried to call this business 5 times about the issue and each time was just a busy signal. We will be canceling this membership ASAP and taking our business somewhere where the equipment is actually taken care of and where the company actually cares about their customers. read more

I'll be coming back for sure. They are definitely prepared for a lot of cars so that's nice to not have to wait. Very clean and organized place. read more

I had my car washed at a different place and then noticed the vacuum portion was closed. Finding theirs was open I offered to pay for a wash for someone else so I can use theirs, but they said vacuuming was free and let me in and I go it all done! Another employee who detailed cars showed me how to clean off another car's paint off of my car with their knowledge and it worked. I'd go here just for the service. read more

I went here last night & heard a couple of the employees saying the n-word, so needless to say, I wasn't very impressed

Should be called Epic Fail. They will "review" any damage to your vehicle made by their car wash and blame you the victim. Another "private" business that acts like they are a government court room. Not worth the risk to your vehicle because they won't be helping you. read more

This car wash is absolutely amazing. I recommend this wash over anybody and the treasure valley it cleans the best the customer service is amazing and they supply rags that are always clean. I recommend this wash to absolutely everybody if you want a good wash come here read more
