I really just can't say enough about the level of excellence that I experience every single time I come to this place. As a business owner with a lot of vehicles I need to keep up the most meticulous image possible while keeping costs down. At the same time I don't put up with bad service either, but I get the best of everything at this establishment. For example, today I brought one of my company vehicles in for a wash and I was greeted by the most delightful young lady named Crystal. She greeted me with a big beautiful smile and treated me like my business was truly appreciated and that my needs were very important. Her attitude and level of service were exemplary and interacting with her was the highlight of my day. After my wash I went into the office to speak with the management, I wanted to consult with them about how I could best serve my needs with multiple vehicles but I also wanted to commend their excellent staff to them. Patrick and Chris worked with me to produce an excellent program for my business needs and they really went out of their way to accommodate me and to treat me like they really valued my business and wanted to continue to earn it. These days the concept of service is almost a lost art, and I hate to say it but it tends to be worse among the younger generation. But the management here has really gone to great lengths to recruit the best people and to promote an excellent culture amongst them. I almost forgot to mention that the car washes are also top notch! My vehicles always come out looking great and representing the excellence that I insist on. read more

I'm so glad they built this car wash near my home. My car always comes out clean and the employees are always very friendly. Plus my car runs better when she's clean.! The mat washers are a great touch and I love that little air blower to clean out your vents and the little cracks and crevices in the car. I did accidentally take home one of your towels, but I brought it back.! 10/10 would recommend Thanks Bluebird!Edited to add that Marcel is such a sweetheart, and Dylan is doing a great job! You guys always hire the nicest employees read more

I was shopping for an annual membership and was helped by Alex. Alex was very helpful in explaining all of the different levels of washes and the pricing. I asked if they had any specials and was notified that the specials had just ended. Alex summoned his manager Chris who was able to grant me the Black Friday special that I had just missed out on. I appreciate the wonderful customer service provided by both men. Thank you to them and Bluebird. read more

Best wash in the valley! Ezyah helped me get my car in today with the right wash for my soft top convertible, they turn off the overhead brushes when you need to. The wash, chemical treatment, dry, strong vacuums, compressed air, mat washers, and drying towels make this a super easy one stop shop, no supplies needed. It's a great value! read more
