Went in for smog test. Was in and out in 10 minutes. Highly recommend and a $4 discount if you pay with cash.

Also scheduled a "pre-trip" inspection, just to get a check up on the truck. 1) They ignored my sensors and installed their own sensors anyways. They mounted and "balanced" with THEIR sensors, which were rubber valve stems vs the Schrader Metal valve stems I provided. Once they did install the valves and sensors I provided, they did not even bother to check the balance again. 2) With the Pre-trip inspection, they informed me that the front brake pads were very worn and needed replaced ASAP. Then they proceeded to quote me for $1,000+ to do that with new pads, new rotors, and whatever else... Pretty damn shady in my opinion! Just because the pads are worn, doesn't mean the rotors need to be replaced entirely. Even if the rotors are grooved/worn, I can have the rotors turn locally for a few bucks each. Dakota was polite and respectful to deal with, but I'll NEVER use Les Schwab again after that experience. I paid the bill and left, I'm not going to argue this kind of crap and I shouldn't have to explain it either. Lesson learned, go to commercial tire instead. BE AWARE before working with this business! Not very honest in my opinion, heck I'm not even sure they installed the SENSOR that I provided. Could've easily just swapped the valve stems to save time. ‍

Let's start this review by saying I don't enjoy giving 1 star reviews, but this place deserves it…read more I called ahead to ask if I could get in to have my tire either repaired or buy 2 new tires. I drove across town to go there. During my call- the guy said I could have my tires siped.. or to add extra traction. Then I get there and a guy named Chris who began the inaction by saying when I walked in, he said "I'm trying to hide from people" Then I explained I had just called and needed 2 tires replaced. He essentially made excuses they were too busy then suggested I get my air checked. He filled them and during the course of the conversation- I explained I had been over to Discount tire and had my air pressure checked a couple months ago- and the sensor on the dash was on. He said, and I quote, "I should slap you for even going over there." Then proceeded to air up a woman's vehicle tires and started talking to her as I was still speaking to him. Then, bonus.. I go over to Discount tire today and they said sipening the tires would void the warranty while Les Swab Tire said it wouldn't and they're the ones who did the repair on the tire that was going flat. Apparently they use round repair rubber and Discount uses square. Pretty bad experience and would not recommend them at all especially Chris. He wears 2 stars on his jacket color1

My husband brought my 2019 Subaru Forester Sport in on Monday to have the tires switched. What…read moreshould have been a routine service turned into an extremely disappointing and costly experience. When the work was completed, we were initially told that two lug nut studs had cross threaded. After inspecting the vehicle ourselves, it became clear that every lug stud had been cross threaded. Rather than taking responsibility for the damage that occurred during the service, the staff repeatedly insisted that they were not at fault. Ironically, throughout every conversation, they continually emphasized that Subaru lug studs are well known for being easy to cross thread. If they are aware of this common issue, then they should also be aware of the proper procedures required to prevent it. Lug nuts should be started by hand for several turns before any tools are used, and the final torque specification for this vehicle is 89 ft-lbs. These precautions exist for a reason. Failing to follow them can easily result in damaged studs. I first spoke with David, who repeatedly gave the same explanation without addressing any of my concerns. I then spoke with Micah in person and requested to review the security footage so I could see how my vehicle had been handled. Instead of taking my request seriously, he chuckled , answered the phone to help another customer, then returned and asked if I wanted to schedule an appointment to have the damage repaired. I found that response incredibly dismissive and unprofessional. To make matters worse, I was quoted approximately $90 per stud to repair damage that occurred while my vehicle was in their care, bringing the estimated repair cost to nearly $1,800 for every lug nut stud . Fortunately, I have the knowledge and ability to replace the studs myself, so I am only spending around $100 on parts. Most customers would not be in that position and would be forced to pay an enormous repair bill for something they did not cause. I have documented everything, including photographs of the damaged studs and records of my conversations with the staff. What is most upsetting is not simply that the damage occurred, mistakes can happen in any business. What is unacceptable is the complete refusal to acknowledge the possibility that it happened during their service, the dismissive treatment I received when I asked reasonable questions, and the expectation that I should pay to correct the damage. I have never experienced such poor customer service. A reputable business stands behind its work, accepts responsibility when mistakes are made, and works toward a fair resolution. Instead, I was met with denial, repeated excuses, and a complete lack of accountability. Because of this experience, I cannot recommend this shop to anyone, especially Subaru owners. I will be sharing my experience anywhere I can in the hope that other customers do not find themselves facing the same unnecessary expense and frustration.

Disappointed & Frustrated If I could give zero stars I…read morewould! We had a deeply disappointing experience at Big O Tires involving the store manager, Samuelito Luna. Despite having a road hazard warranty, our claim was denied based on an incorrect tread depth measurement. Samuelito told my daughter to "go home and show her dad how to measure a tire," using a clearly inaccurate method that benefits the store. We have a recording to him admitting he told my daughter that! Samuelito Luna is training his staff the wrong way to measure tire tread!! YOU DO NOT MEASURE AT THE WEAT BAR! When my husband returned with her the next morning to clarify the mistake, the discussion escalated, and Samuelito refused to refund the cost. His only offer was that he might speak to the owner and maybe we'd see a refund next week. That's not accountability--it's deflection. Was my husband angry, yes, but he started the whole conversation calm but firm. As my husband and daughter were leaving Samuelito then proceeded to tell my husband, "Don't worry, I'll see you around". This experience has left us feeling misled and disrespected. Customers deserve honesty, not questionable measuring tactics and evasive customer service. We hope the owner chooses to take this seriously and restore some trust in their brand. DO NOT GO HERE! THIS PLACE IS A STRAIGHT SCAM!!!!!

They have been courteous with me in the past, but that was when I lived in Boise. The one in Nampa is a different story. I normally went to Commercial Tire for an oil change because I couldn't find anyone else I trusted with my car. When I took it to the one in Nampa that trust was completely diminished. Nampa isn't like a normal small town where you can leave your door unlocked. When I picked up my car from being serviced by Commercial my window was down and the key was in the ignition....in the parking lot. When I complained about this folly they were cavalier about it. I do not trust Commercial Tire and I would strongly recommend avoiding them. You can also get a better deal elsewhere.
