Since moving to Idaho Bluebird has become my staple car wash destination. They have a few locations sprinkled throughout the Treasure Valley and this one is the my most frequented. I signed up for their monthly unlimited was which I would highly recommend especially during the winters here. As you know it's very hard once snow etc hits it's hard to keep a car clean. I don't know about you but I also feel bette when my truck or car is sparkling clean. For the money I believe this place provides a great value for its customers. The employees at this location and others are always super friendly and have smiles on their faces every time. I have even been approached while cleaning the inside and asked how everything is going and my experience. This doesn't happen at other places around that's for sure. Plus what I love is the enormous vacuum stations that are available. This also includes free mat washers, blowers for those fine crevices and my favorite warm towels to dry off any left over water. This is a great place and the ownership around quality service is definitely not missed here. read more

I drove to my usual car wash last Friday and a sign was posted that their "towel washer" was broken so no towels. So I decided to try Bluebird again at their new. location on Overland and Eagle. My first time there was shortly after opening and a bit uneven. This visit was excellent. Everything worked well. Love that they also provide dash wipes! I'd like it if they had clips to hang washed mats at each spot but I figured it out. Really like that they have a sink in case mats don't fit thru mat washers. Vacuums work well and manager roving to offer assistance if needed. Nice touch! I'll return soon! read more

I already have a membership at a nearby Xpress car wash and the new Bluebird location was offering free car washes and it is much closer to my house and I thought "how much better can this car wash be over the one I'm already using"? Well, my car was dirty because it hadn't been through the car wash for a couple of weeks so I decided to try them out since it was free. Well, let me tell you that there is a difference and I have never seen my car quite as clean after going through an express car wash. I will be moving my membership over to this location not just because it's closer but because my car gets noticeably cleaner. read more

I felt very disrespected today. There is a sign on every vacuum post that states no loud music. A car came out of the car wash and parked in a cleaning space. His music was excessively loud with a lot of bass and I had to yell so he could hear me telling him to turn it down. An employee approached me and asked if everything was ok. I said I don't appreciate the loud music as it states on every vacuum post to not have loud music. She proceeded to defend him and states he doesn't speak much English and that I was being aggressive. It is so sad in this day and age of everyone getting away with what they want and not heeding the rules, and yet I am the one being reprimanded? I am cancelling my membership, being a sincerely disgruntled "Blue Bird" member. read more

The team members at this unbelievably thorough car wash are fantastic. A number of these invaluable people make the difference by greeting you with a smile and a wave. They are quick to help and build a value to this experience. I have been greeted by many of their lovely people but one stands out in my mind. Justin always says hello and genuinely cares to know how your day is going. Being a disabled veteran, I am not able to adequately wash my vehicle at home, so I was pleased to find this car wash near my home with a nice facility and friendly people and have used them for a few months and even considered buying a membership. I take my dog out for off-leash time every day and pick up mud, so when I got my new Tundra muddy I wanted to run it through the wash to get the mud off the bottom so I could install some new accessibility steps. After the wash I brought the truck home to dry in the driveway, then crawled underneath to install the steps. I was very disappointed to see buying the most expensive wash didn't get any of the mud off underneath. It was after I got the hangers bolted up that I noticed a scrape line all the way down the driver's side of the truck. I wondered because as I was going through the wash I heard much louder than normal noises outside the truck, and by the time I reached the end the driver's outside mirror had been slammed forward. When I finished the install I drove back to the car wash to make a damage claim. From their attitude I realized that they weren't very receptive to the idea that their machinery could have caused the damage, but I drove away after they said they would call me Monday. Well, turns out I was right - they called and said they looked at the "video" and the mark was there when I drove in - a new truck with around 1000 miles came in damaged. Unfortunately it's my word against theirs. I'm just really disappointed that they have automatically taken this defensive stance and that through all of this not one person ever uttered the word "sorry". So now I'm stuck with permanent paint damage and have to find a new place to get my truck washed as well. PS: I took my truck by 2 different auto body shops and they concurred that this was not a "parking lot" type scrape. The scrapes are on three different levels and are consistent with a big piece of powered equipment like the big brushes in a carwash. It will cost me several hundred dollars to have this damage repaired. Thanks Bluebird. read more
