Chris has been in business since Garden City was a little seedier. They are OG Idaho residents. I called, asked for a quote for the interior of my car and I got a quick response. I booked it for 10 days down the road and took it in. My 4Runner headliner was A MESS from dust, water and who knows what being sucked in through the back window. Headliner looks great, carpet restored to new, vinyl looks amazing, and the tired leather has it's original luster. Go see Chris and his team, they did a fantastic job. He even offered me a ride home when I thought I'd have to use Uber, so I added a little "thank you" to his fee.

I'm extremely disappointed in my experience with Idaho Express Detailing and the owner Dustin…read more I scheduled an interior detail of my car including carpets cleaned and was quoted $300 for 3-4 hours of work. It was supposed to include a carpet clean so I asked him to give the front carpets a little TLC and that he didn't have to steam clean the floor carpets in the backseat. He was supposed to be there several hours so I was going to leave work in time to meet him there to check out the job and pay him but he called me an hour and a half into the job and said he was done. He said my carpets look great and he wanted to get paid. I took it in good faith that he had cleaned my car like we had talked about so my husband paid him $300 cash. When I got home and checked out the cleaning job, I was mortified. He didn't clean the interior of my car at all. He forgot to vacuum a lot of it, and didn't put any cleaner on my carpets, he just steam cleaned them. I paid for a full service and what I got was a front floor carpet clean for $300. I got a hold of the owner told him I was disappointed and that I wanted either him to come back and finish cleaning it or give me back half my money. He said he would call me on Friday and I never heard back from him. I texted him again yesterday and asked him to come back and finish cleaning my car and I still have not heard back from him. He made mention that he was going to take my cash and go get a new tattoo which he obviously did in lieu of cleaning my car. Highly disappointed in the treatment I got from this business owner and even more disappointed in the service I received. These pictures are after I paid $300 to have my car cleaned. I would NOT recommend Idaho Express Detailing to anyone.

It was very easy booking Kellen, our appointment was only 3 days out from our booking date. Kellen arrived right on time and after a quick vehicle inspection, he was off and running. Our Cadillac's paint is black and had some swirl marks and scratches. Our interior had some minor scuffs on the plastic and leather seats. Kellen did the most amazing job removing all of the swirl and scuff marks. 99% of any minor scratches were buffed out. The black paint looks like a mirror now. It's absolutely beautiful. He's absolutely right, he said our car will look better than it did on the showroom floor. I will say this, we have purchased our fare share of new cars. NOTHING we have ever purchased has looked as great as our Cadillac looks today. Our 3 year old XT6 looks like it is brand new again and we couldn't be any happier. We are genuinely amazed at the final product. Kellen, you did some amazing detailing magic and we are throughly impressed! If you are reading this and still wondering if you should hire Eagle Elite Mobile Auto Detail, stop reading and give Kellen a call, you won't regret it. Thank you Kellen, you are the KING of Mobile Automobile Detailing! Every photo shows off your magic.

It was dark when I picked it up, and the interior is black, so I couldn't see much. The next day, I went to check it out and found places where there was dust they clearly missed on the back seats. Although they supposedly 'washed' the outside, they didn't touch the wheels. I spent one and a half hours vaccuming after their 'detail' job to get the dirt out of the carpet. They get rave reviews on google because they will throw in the exterior 'wash' for free if you give them 5 star reviews. If your car is really filthy, you will likely notice a difference, but if your car is somewhat clean, aside from getting most of the dust off, you are not going to notice a difference. I highly cannot recommend, and they are not cheap. For the $200 I expected flawless but all I got was kinda clean.

Unfortunately, when the job was finished my wife and I were extremely disappointed. We found multiple spots on the paint that came off easily with just a fingernail. There was also a small scratch area on one of the doors that had not been buffed out -- we had to point it out ourselves before it was addressed. The "ceramic coating" they applied was so ineffective that I ended up using my own ceramic coating product afterward just to get the level of protection and finish we were expecting in the first place. We learned an expensive lesson. High ratings and a higher price do not always equal quality work.
