From calling Cascade to make the appointment to the guys arriving at our home right on schedule to replace the windshield to their spiffy clean up all was easy for us. Terrible experience. I called to get a price on my windshield today De*n wouldn't give me a price until he had my name, address, phone number, and Insurance information. I refused to give all the details. I finally got a quote after he put me on hold to get authorization. The price was $298. I called another glass shop that comes to my home, and they are $93.00 cheaper. Granted they do not have have the "Schick" that Cascade uses. No refund "check" No meal coupons. They are only 30% cheaper and use only original factory equipment.... Look for the review next Tuesday. read more

I was referred to Cascade auto glass by my insurance agent. I called Cascade Auto to make an appointment at 3pm on a Monday and they got me an appointment for 9 am the next day. The gal on the phone was very friendly and helpful. I went in for my appointment, a bit early. Right when I walked in they asked if I had a 9 oclock appointment, had me show them the rock chip I was having repaired and took my car back immediately (even though I was about 10 minutes early.) Drew, I believe was the techs name said it could be around 25 minutes to repair the chip. He came back after 15 minutes, had me look at the work and I was on my way! Amazing, quick, polite service. We had a windshield replaced after it cracked from end to end. The office manager went out of her way to help us sort out a snafu with our insurance. We had requested they use genuine Subaru glass but our insurance rejected the claim (we have a $0 deductible for glass) because they don't want to pay dealer glass (turns out it's all from the same factory - literally). Anyways, the dealer glass was actually $40 cheaper than the glass they would have used. So after 20 minutes on the phone the office manager had it all straightened out and our insurance approve the claim. Cascade could have just said, you'll need to figure this out with your insurance but instead they took an extra bit of time and saved me hours (after which I'm not sure I would have been able to resolve the issue since I didn't have to cost comparisons between the two). So, two lessons: 1) Cascade uses top quality glass so no need for 'special' dealer glass. 2) Cascade Auto Glass has to quality customer service. We will definitely be coming here for all our auto glass needs! read more

The tech that came to the house was professional and polite. I hovered around to watch and asked questions. The tech was friendly and knowledgable. A $25 investment immediately returns $75 profit! So I bought it. My Comprehensive deducible in $100.00 so my total deductible was now only the $25 that I paid for the certificate. I called the number to schedule the appointment, they confirmed it with no hassel or trying to sell me anything else. The technician arrived at my work location on time where he changed my windshield in the parking lot while I worked. In a short time he was done and when I inspected the work I could find no flaws whatsoever. Since that time my truck has been through highwinds/rain and car washes and does not leak or have any other problems. She called my insurance for me to file the claim and conferenced me in to I could hear all that was going on between them. I had called on a Friday afternoon and the install was Tuesday afternoon.
