I had to call twice to get the ball rolling but once scheduled, their communication was good and the technician showed up [today] on time to fix the issue. He adjusted the screen door to glide as well as possibly, explaining that there was a small raised area in the slider frame that impeded the movement. He also lubricated the runners of the heavy sliders to make them glide better as well. We appreciated his expertise and good work. Based on my experience, I recommend Valley Glass.
