Got a small crack in windshield Saturday and by Sunday it had really spread. Called Becky on Monday morning, she set up a call with my insurance company (who recommended one of the nationwide companies that advertised a lot) but was also advised I could use anyone. I chose Summit due to the high ratings and I would rather support local businesses. Zane called to advise he was coming earlier (which was great!) finished the job quickly and efficiently and even made sure all my decals were put back on the new glass. Summit Auto Glass was the only place in the valley willing to fix my sunroof, and for a great price! Tiffany was AWESOME and super HELPFUL! Colt was the one who fixed my sunroof and he did a fantastic job, I brought him in my sunroof glass and it was just disgusting and had a whole bunch of duct tape on it and on the top of my car. We needed it duct tapped cause at the time of it coming off the track we couldn't afford to replace it right away, when we explained to Colt how embarrassing it was, he reassured me and told me it was no problem and he was going to remove all the residue from the top of my car and glass after he fixed everything! Colt went above and beyond! My sunroof looks like it's brand new!! Thank you guys so much for the awesome costumer service! Will definitely be coming back in the future! read more

Summit Auto Glass replaced my windshield quickly (by noon) and they did a great job! We used our insurance so it ended up being much more affordable. Tiffany provided wonderful customer service! There was an issue with recalibrating some sensors because the manufacturer is the only one who can do it, but Summit Auto Glass took care of it by scheduling an appointment with a nearby dealership and covering any costs. It was above and beyond what we expected! It was a great experience and I know I'll be returning here if anything happens to my windshield again. read more

Had my windshield replaced today by Zane and he did a great job! They gave me a window of 1pm-5pm for him to arrive and he was there by 2pm, which is always appreciated. He finished the windshield pretty quickly and was very nice and professional. I also would like to give a compliment to Marci who helped me get the insurance authorization and appointment set up. Great people! Came here after I'd had my windshield repaired at a different place out in Sun Valley and the rain sensor wasn't working. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes! They diagnosed that the rain sensor was missing and put in a new one (which they had on hand). Only charged me the cost of the part, which was ~$20. Overall, an excellent experience and I'll be happy to work with them in the future! read more

I arrived for my appointment to a super-clean facility, and a very welcoming staff. They took my keys immediately and Colt got started. I was referred to this place by a co-worker who had previously had their windshield replaced, and I needed mine replaced as well due to chip sealing the streets and I caught a rock and it cracked my windshield. So I gave them a call ( the customer service was great as well) and they came out the next day while I was at work and I got it fixed. 2 guys came out, and they were friendly, professional, and got the job done fairly quick. My sunroof was not working properly and I called about a week ago the first time and Mark was sent out to help me. He was very professional and even though it took quite a while for the problem to get fixed he was never rude or impolite. I had to call them again today to put in a part I forgot to ask them to fix the first time Mark came and thats when my one and only issue came about. Which is that Summit Auto Glass does not call when a driver is on their way like they said they would and the time period they said a driver would be at my house was wrong. He was 30mins earlier then I expected so I was not home and felt bad for making him wait but was not told he would be there early. Overall my experience was very good though. read more

Great service. My husband came home Friday afternoon with a rock chip in my car windshield. I called Summit Auto Glass and said that we would be going out at 6pm any way they could get someone over prior to that to fix the windshield. Yes!! Mark showed up shortly after 5pm and took care of the chip. He let us know that he would not be able to make it completely disappear but would do his best.
