We managed to chip both our cars' windshields in the past few days. Each chip was pretty nasty, so I wasn't sure if they would be repairable. If they were fixable, time is of the essence--late October temperature swings will presumably cause more damage to the glass. Brent was able to assess and seal both cars' chips, as well as cleaning up a previous repair from another company. He saved a special windshield that costs an eye-watering $1,600 just for the glass, not to mention the complexity involved in replacing it with all the sensor suites mounted behind it! I appreciate being able to walk in, have the repairs done, and leave within minutes. I'm sure Brent had more important work to accomplish this morning (all the repair crews were off doing appointments), but you definitely feel valued as a customer when the owner is willing to stop what he's doing and spend the time to get you back on your way. read more

Had a chip and crack in my windshield that happened Friday afternoon. When I called Integrity, Ruth answered right away. She stated no openings for mobile service until Monday, but when I told her the crack was 5", she scheduled to have Lane stop by on his way home from work that day before the crack got worse. To start, I highly recommend this company. They truly are full of integrity! But we went through a rollercoaster of issues. I contacted them because they can replace the windshield and can calibrate the camera, and will pick up your car for service, with no extra charge. Initially they projected that my car would be returned in just a couple hours, but they were having difficulty calibrating my 2023 Subaru's camera after replacing the glass with an off-brand market windshield (per my request to save some $$). They extended the service time and the owner called and explained that they were on the phone troubleshooting the issue with Subaru. Later that afternoon Brent called again and said they'd have to have me arrange getting it looked at by Subaru. But where they went above and beyond in my opinion, was drive my vehicle to the dealership, coordinate with them entirely and drove the rental car to my home for me. Almost a week later (due to waiting for factory windshield at dealership), my car has been fixed and is in perfect condition. Integrity auto glass replaced the off market windshield they installed with the factory glass, and Subaru was able to calibrate it. Turns out the off market glass doesn't work for the newer ascent models. Long story, but I am blown away by Brent's communication skills and customer service. And I'm happy with my windshield replacement. Hidden bonus that I got the dealerships stamp of approval too. Ha! read more
