I spent a lot of time looking for a reputable company to replace my truck windshield, I read tons of reviews. I chose two, and Intermountain Auto Glass was one ( they had a lot of positive reviews) I asked for an online quote, Christina promptly emailed it to me. It took me a few days to decide between the two companies, I decided to call Intermountain, and I was helped by Lauren who answered a few questions I had, she was very pleasant to work with. I decided to schedule the appointment for that Wednesday, Lauren told me the tech would be out to my house between the hours of 9-11am (no charge for the mobile service). They e-mailed me a confirmation and a picture of the technician that would be providing the service. Marty showed up Wednesday at 9:30 am, I was able to check out the window before he installed it. Marty was quick, efficient, and clean up everything nicely, he explained that I should not drive the car for at least an hour. I had an amazing experience with Intermountain, I found them to be knowledgeable and professional. What a great company to work with!! I was on a road trip with friends and got a chip in my windshield. I haaatttteeee having to take time out of my busy day to handle things like this. And being a single female, I'm always afraid that I'll be taken advantage of. So I put off getting the chip filled for a couple of weeks until, while driving down Chinden, I saw their sign. I quickly pulled in and walked into the office. Was greeted with a smile by Christina who quickly got Dave (who was also smiling and happy) to start working on the chip in the windshield. From start to finish it was less than 10 minutes. I always felt comfortable and confident that they were honest. This company was such a joy to work with!! Side note - I drive a Lexus with sensors in the windshield. I learned that when it's time to replace the windshield, they have all the equipment necessary to replace my windshield, saving me the expense of going to the dealer. My windshield seal was flapping in the wind and was an absolute nuisance. I called two local dealers and three other glass companies. Each one told me I would have to replace my windshield. When I questioned it they stated that the windshield breaks when you try to fix the seal and one had to be ordered to schedule the repair. It got worse, they went on to say that my windshield was no longer available except for factory direct and the cost for the windshield would be $800 plus. I could not do that. When I called Rick he was so kind and to be honest I was afraid to trust him since so many had said the same thing. Well Kelly came out and fixed it in 25 minutes and the cost $79.31. So hard to explain how amazing this company is. My girlfriends car had her window broken out overnight. Her window replacement is not available for a few days and need her window covered during the winter months to preserve the interior of the car. So we needed to cover the window up. I contacted Intermountain on Monday afternoon and had the pleasure of talking to Christina. She was very polite and professional and made the entire process very simple! All I had to do was send a VIN and an insurance card and she handled everything. I quickly got scheduled for Wednesday to have a technician come to my office to replace my windshield. Carl was fantastic! He called to let me know he was on his way, handled everything - including moving my truck to a better spot! - and he had the new windshield installed in less than an hour! Spending a lot of time on the phone with the insurance company about a chip in the windshield and a lot of time on the website of "the top windshield repair place" and not being able to get an appointment for nearly 3 weeks even after being scolded by both the insurance co and that "top place" to hurry and get it fixed. I called intermountain auto glass. *informative *informed *a person answered the phone *no absolute need for an appointment *fast *friendly Can't say anything bad. I don't think it took an hour from the time I called till My truck was fixed and I was back home. I felt they (every one that I interacted with) wanted me there. Recently the windshield in my Ford F-150 was cracked by a flying rock while driving on Hwy 95. Coincidentally, our Subaru Forester was likewise damaged but not as badly. Never having had to deal with broken auto glass before, I thought I'd end up paying hundreds of dollars out-of-pocket for repairs and I was reluctant about calling our insurance company. Good thing I happened to call Intermountain Auto Glass. Terry Meyer helped guide me through the insurance process and I'm only out-of-pocket $50.00. Intermountain had a heck of a time calibrating my windshield replacement on a Honda Pilot, but they went above and beyond to ensure that the job was done right! It took a span of two weeks, but that was perfectly fine (I didn't want to have to drive to Pocatello!) Levi, worked on the car the first go around and gave it full effort of 3 hours and then DJ came over from Boise and they both gave full effort with more than 3 hours. Thank you Intermountain Auto Glass!!!! I had three foggy windows replaced in my RV. They were professional, friendly, and experienced. The installer came out to my home between 8-10 as they do not set a timed appointments (I asked as I had other place to be), they pulled the glass, then came back out and installed when the glass was ready. Cracked windshield on long trip, then a baseball through the back window! Could not get service within a week locally, so called Intermountain Auto Glass, which got us glass almost immediately. We arrived a little early but they started immediately, gave us a loaner car to visit relatives and were complete within about three hours (for the adhesives to cure.) My windshield was damaged by a rock, causing a vertical crack up the center of the glass. Our insurance company recommended Intermountain. I completed their online request form, then emailed several times with someone. The technician who came out replaced the entire windshield in about 20 minutes.
