Oh my goodness, I am BEYOND pleased with my experience today at Western Auto Service!!…read more I will start and end by sharing my interaction(s) with Jacqueline, my service advisor. I scheduled my appointment over the phone and Jacqueline was so kind, positive, and professional. She is very knowledgeable while at the same time, so easy to communicate with. Upon arrival today, Jacqueline greeted me by my name, was incredibly engaging, and took charge to get my service done! My technician was amazing! He was as fast and efficient, while taking the time to answer my questions. The waiting area and office is inviting and comfortable, complete with a beautiful array of snacks, cold bottled water, and a Keurig with all the fixings. My wait was short and the price was beyond reasonable given the service I was provided. I had the pleasure of seeing Alex again, one of the owners (husband:), which was lovely. Upon departure, Jacqueline bid me goodbye warmly, making me even more certain that I will be returning for all of my vehicle maintenance and repairs!

He had said they were doing a special. Pretty shifty if you ask me. I wont be back. He told about how other places technicians have to do at least 2 up sales per day. To be honest he did the exact same thing to me. I cant afford almost 400$ while he is using only 100$ of materials making 260 dollars for 15 minutes of work.

The prices are absolutely fair, and it was so nice interacting with a legitimate shop that doesn't try to gouge you on pricing or unnecessary repairs. With their vehicle inspections, they caught an alignment issue that I had been worried about for a couple years and was promised by another shop that it wasn't a problem.
