I have been a member of Rocket Car Wafh for over 5 years. Since I have relocated to another county, I have been useing them at a nother location approx 10 miles from my new residence. One day about a month ago, I made the drive there through heave traffic and road construction only to arrive there while they were closed down due to a vehicle that jumped their track, "So I was told. Today I needed to wash the car and again, made my journey there through another traffic mess, Only to find them shut down again because of a Ceromony. I was told it should only take 5 minutes but could take longer. "Why the hell can't they have held it before they opened for buisness, or even after shutting down for the day. Came for a car wash. Went through and still had bug juice on my window. Went through again and waited 10 minutes for someone to finally walk over and told him my car still wasn't clean. He then proceeded to say "we don't rewash it unless you got the 16" Well I'm not paying again for a shit wash?!? I'm pleasantly surprised, after a long road trip and hundreds of bugs all over my car I ran it through Rocket and selected the middle grade wash. In the past I had Epic and then Cobblestone when they took over Epic. I was always disappointed how the back and bottom half of my car was left dirty, but with Rocket the car was left clean with little water that needed to be dried off. Another complaint I had with the other car washes, I was always left having to wipe everything down. Rocket is currently running a special for half off your first two months when you sign up. read more

Both of the mirrors on my wife's 2018 Honda Odyssey are now scratched/damaged due to this place. Due to the loud scraping noise when it occurred, she went in and met with them. They filed a report and immediately denied it. Two memberships canceled. I would avoid this place. I'll be informing my company that we will no longer be using them for the work trucks as well. Rocket Car Wash in Meridian: More like Pocket Car Wash--because they'll happily take your money and leave your Jeep just as filthy as when you pulled in. We put the top back on my Jeep this weekend and decided to get it cleaned up. Before paying, I asked the kid running the booth if all the brushes would be used, since I've got a brush guard on the front and a high-lift jack on the hood. He assured me it wasn't a problem. So, I went with the "premium" $20 wash. Guess what? Not a single brush touched my Jeep. Not. One. The "premium" wash looked more like a $20 misting station at Roaring Springs. My Jeep rolled out looking like it had just finished a dust bath at the Owyhees. When I pulled around to complain, a different employee (standing right next to the kid who originally told me it wasn't a problem) said, "Oh yeah, your equipment would damage our brushes." Funny--since that was the exact question I asked beforehand. Then, in a move straight out of Gaslighting 101, he told my wife and me we "misunderstood" the kid's explanation. And the kid just nodded along, like some kind of human bobblehead. If the brushes weren't going to be used, why in the world would I drop twenty bucks for a wash I knew wouldn't clean anything? So, let's call it what it is: They lied. They took my money. They delivered nothing. That's not customer service--it's theft with a rinse cycle. Unless you enjoy being lied to and watching your money swirl down the drain, avoid Rocket Car Wash. Your Jeep, your wallet, and your patience will thank you. read more

Rocket Car Wash Meridian, Idaho. Poor quality of wash. They used to do a real good wash, now there are so many major spots left dirty. They no longer apply prewash to eliminate the bugs resulting in the bugs still being there after running through the wash. Tire shine got applied to only a portion of the tire. read more

My husband had his truck washed today at the Meridian location, he had the basic wash, the truck was not clean. He asked to go thru again and the employee was very nice, saying that unless you get the mega wash you can't go thru again. We have been going there several years and if it didn't get clean they were happy to wash again. So my husband paid for a car wash and his truck is still dirty! So folks, please vote with your dollars and chose a car wash that cares! We will not go back! Also they took away mat scrubbers, they are really cutting corners! read more

I would not recommend this car wash to anyone. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!! I went in for a car wash at the Fairview and Cloverdale location in Boise. I had the mega car wash monthly membership and have absolutely loved taking my truck through, as well as my kiddo enjoying all the colors from the wash. I called to cancel the membership and was asked if I was sure I wanted to cancel. Why on earth would I want to give them any more money when they cannot even respond or attempt to help on damages caused by the car wash. I went in with both mirrors on my truck and came out with one mirror on my truck. I pulled around and went into the customer relations office and a kind employee took an incident report and several pictures of the damage to my truck. I had to call the next day to get an updated on the claim only to find out it was denied the day it was submitted. I have responded to the claim and request it be reviewed again and gotten no response. I left a google review where the owner left a very generic comment to reach out via the link provided and all I get is the generic help desk response email. Not a single person has reached out to even discuss this issue or to even try and make it right. This makes me feel like they have no intentions on making it right. Now I will be spending $1,600 to replace the side mirror with no attempt from Rocket Express(Zip Car Wash) to make this right. This car wash cares more about money than the customers that keep them open. read more

July 2025 after going through the wash my truck was not clean, left side still had mud all along lower body. I was informed about new policy of not being allowed to go through a second time. I requested a refund and was told I had to call get a refund! I was provided a number 855-913-5653. I spoke to Ben and he said he would pass my request on to the refund department and someone would get back in touch with me. I could tell that Ben was giving me the run around and taking advantage of me. I refused to leave the line until I received my refund. I was given a refund before leaving. Canceling our monthly membership for my wife's car was very time consuming. Nowhere on their web page can you cancel. So again I had to call 855-913-5653 talking with Ben it took over 12 minutes to cancel my account. I would not recommend Rocket Express Car Wash to anyone! read more

I signed up for their unlimited monthly pass this week and got my first car wash. The entire experience was a positive one -- the attendant was friendly and knowledgeable, the wash cleaned my car's exterior very well, the tires shined like they were new again, and the powerful vacuums took care of the interior. They even provide microfiber towels to wipe down those pesky areas that are still wet after the air dryers do their work. I was a loyal customer of Quick Quack Car Wash in Sacramento for several years; but now I am a big fan of Rocket Express! read more

Here's a story for you all to read. This car wash is on my way home from work on Cloverdale in Meridian ID. The seal for my Ram truck window came off in the car wash. I chatted with the employees right after & they couldn't do anything until manager was there so they took my name & phone to call back. I made sure they would call me back same day but that didn't happen. I messaged Rocket Express Car Wash & they told me to go back a fill out an incident report. I went back today to an empty office. Waited over 10 min & said forget it. I messaged Rocket again & gave them my name & phone AGAIN to call back set appt. Still no call back. It will cost me $155 to replace that seal $ I doubt I'll ever hear back! read more

Every time I visit my inlaws in Eagle, I come to this car wash! This is one of my first stops after we make the drive here from Washington--this car wash gets all of the gunk and road grime off of my truck and makes it looks shiny and new again. The staff is super helpful and friendly. The vacuum area is covered and kept clean, and there are always plenty of damp towels to wipe down your interior with. The membership is WORTH IT. For the cost of 2 washes a month, you get unlimited washes. Signing up and canceling are easy peasy. We were there for a couple of weeks and signed up because the wind and dust were blowing and I knew I'd be at the car wash enough to make it worthwhile. We canceled the day we left town and it took no time at all. If you love your ride, this is the place to take it. read more

The kiosk has a has a slot to receive cash payments. No where does it say cash not being accepted. Maybe have the two gentleman standing at the kiosk could i don't know take cash payments rather then stand there and push a button on the kiosk that was ment for the consumer to use. read more

Been a customer of these guys for close to a year now with their monthly unlimited plan. Never had nor caused issues. I went through their wash the other week, and one of their machines half ripped the keypad off my 2018 Ford F-150. I immediately reported it. They told me a week later that they reviewed security footage, and a "shadow" on my door suggested to them the keypad was already off. So they won't be covering it. I'm not an idiot. And I'm not blind. That pad was fine when I went in. The clip was broken when I came out. I'm not asking the moon and the stars. It's a $46 part plus what I'm assuming is light labor to get the door open for installation. All this for a loyal subscription customer. Instead I get excuses, and basically get called a liar. Very disappointing. I plan to cancel with them. read more

New location few mins drive from the new Costco. Wonderful and strong vacuums. Easy to understand plans and always a staff member available to help and answer questions. The other location has a wonderful mat washer that I think is also available here. Haven't seen it yet so can't guaranty it. My fav car wash in tower. I really like the wash job that Rocket Express does on our car & truck...We go there regularly & there staff are always friendly. I had taken my wife's car to get washed this time after dropping her off at the airport. After going through the wash, I pulled in a parking space to dry off the car. I got out & started wiping down the car when I realized I didn't have my key. I had locked my keys & cell phone in the car. Be careful!!! The car wash does a decent job but I'm not happy with this business. I live in Phoenix but was visiting in Boise last month. When I drove through their wash, the attendant talked me into saving money by getting a month of washes while I was here. I used the wash three times while I was there so felt I got a decent deal. The attendant said nothing about renewing, except to not that i could renew at the end of the month. A month later, I see a $20 charge on my credit card. read more

Had a monthly membership on multiple cars for over a year. Without any notification, the monthly rate was increased. Attempted to call multiple times was never able to get through to anybody. Decided to show up in person only to find somebody just sitting behind the counter ( I called minutes prior and left 2 voicemails for a call back). I've visited this car was around 100 times over the past year. With the monthly subscription service, I could visit every day if I wanted. It's an incredible value, the staff is friendly, and I've never had an issue with damage to my car here. Other car washes have damaged my car. Every time I go to Rocket Express on Linder and Chinden I'm always greeted by happy and enthusiastic employees, something you hardly ever see these days. The quality of the wash and equipment is top notch, and today I needed to wash our large rubber mat in the back of our Subaru which doesn't fit through their mat washing machine (which is great and free when you wash your car) but one of the employees named Kevin offered to take it and power wash it for me which was a huge blessing! Kudos to Kevin foru reaching out and helping do that. I don't know who at Rocket express hires the employees but you're doing a great job! And Kevin, thank you for the help! read more
