If you don't check and confirm online reservations just don't offer them as an option.

It was very easy booking Kellen, our appointment was only 3 days out from our booking date. Kellen arrived right on time and after a quick vehicle inspection, he was off and running. Our Cadillac's paint is black and had some swirl marks and scratches. Our interior had some minor scuffs on the plastic and leather seats. Kellen did the most amazing job removing all of the swirl and scuff marks. 99% of any minor scratches were buffed out. The black paint looks like a mirror now. It's absolutely beautiful. He's absolutely right, he said our car will look better than it did on the showroom floor. I will say this, we have purchased our fare share of new cars. But in 2020 that came to a halt and we also put a lot of 'dirt and grime' outside and in miles on the car with frequent trips back and forth to Central Oregon to care for an ill family member between late 2019 and mid 2021.
