Matt, at Patriot Auto Glass, made getting my windshield replaced so easy! He was even able to answer my questions concerning my auto insurance policy! Matt gave a general time time frame of about two hours and told me he would let me know when he was 30 minutes out to make sure that would work for my schedule. He called in the middle of the time frame given to let me know he was 30 minutes out and arrived right on time and got right to work. Matt is very professional and has great attention to detail. Matt came out to my house to replace my cracked windshield on my 2015 Roadtrek. I was really impressed with not only the quality of his work and his attention to detail, but with the price that I was charged. The end result was a really great new windshield installed in my RV. Matt does not charge for such things as disposal fees that the other shops add to the cost of their services. So in addition to the advantages of having the work done at my home, this work was done the same day I called.and I believe that the price could not be beat. Matt was amazing. He returned my email on Sunday then had 2 options for my front glass of my new kia . with logo if kia or save 300 and do same glad no logo...of course we picked no logo. So he called 30 min before arriving and my husband met him there. Then my husband realized I had the key and was in eagle . Matt was gracious enough to wait for me. Was a great experience with Matt. He originally came and did a chip repair on my windshield. Was not sure if it would hold or not and he gave me the choice or repairing or fixing the windshield. He fixed the chip which did not hold and I called him back. He came out and replaced the windshield six months later. Stood by his word of applying the chip repair to the windshield replacement.
