Now they have and it's a fun place to go shop, eat and drink. My favorite places in there are Novo Food Hall, Askin Brewery, Heibers, City Winery and Shake Shack. You can get something quick to eat if you lack time before an event at Shake Shack. They have great burgers. Novo is a great place to go and try out all different things from all different Asian foods from Japan, Korea and the Philippines. We've tried several different places and had lots of great dishes. If you need a drink and some good food to wash it down then Aslin is the place to go. They even have trivia nights which are lots of fun. I love going to concerts and City Winery is a fun spot to see a show because it's a small venue which has no bad seats. We have seen. Comedians and concerts there. If you pay in cash at the venue, you can avoid the fees. You can go there for a fun afternoon or a great evening with friends and family.

Utalitarian like most Pittsburgh buildings. But the Terminal houses such an eclectic collection of places that it's almost absurd. Back to back you can find wine, ice cream, books (SUPPORT YOUR INDEPENDENT BOOKSELLERS!), VR game rooms, a facial salon (giggity), an Asian food hall, independent beer brewers... There's literally a little of everything. The Terminal is the sort of place where you intend to go for one thing and spend the rest of the hour wandering looking at cool stuff. If you have an afternoon to kill, it's definitely worth a look.

As of the time of this review, options for foods and drinks include a Giant Eagle grocery store, a Fine Wine & Good Spirits, and about 20 restaurants (e.g., Burgatory, Chick-fil-A, Chipotle, Crazy Mason, Eat 'n Park, Jimmy John's, Longhorn, Storming Crab, and Yokoso). I enjoy many of the restaurants. Retail stores present a good number of options for clothing (e.g., Dick's Sporting Goods, LOFT, and Rally House), footwear (e.g., DSW and Shoe Fly), home goods (e.g., Costco, Lowe's, Michael's, Mattress Firm, and Petco), and health and beauty products (e.g., Bath & Body Works, GNC, and Ulta). Current entertainment includes AMC movie theater, Barnes & Noble bookstore, Dave & Buster's, Improv comedy club, Paint Monkey, and Urban Air Adventure Park. Other current businesses are a few banks, a few hotels, some cell-phone stores, a gym, and healthcare providers (e.g., dental and vision). As you can see, this shopping center has numerous options for different types of customers to eat a meal, go shopping, and be entertained. This shopping center does not contain all of my favorite stores, but I like it more than most other shopping centers in the Pittsburgh area. I even have a friend who drives two hours one-way to shop here.

It is a cool trendy place and I had fun walking around and taking it all in. I looked it up and it sits on the old U.S. Steel's Homestead Steel Works plant and there are some smokestacks and other artistic elements still visible. I grabbed a coffee at Starbucks, shopped at Ultra Beauty, Target, and at Lunch Mexican restaurant. Would recommend the area.

It contains…read moremostly residential homes but also parts of Schenley Park, Frick Park, Carnegie Mellon University, many retail stores, and many delicious restaurants. For many years my husband and I have visited Squirrel Hill, mostly to shop and dine. We always park our vehicle in a garage. We recommend putting a bit more money into the parking meter than you expect to need, because we have seen a police officer writing many parking tickets for vehicles in that garage. Most recently, my husband and I did a self-designed food tour in several restaurants on Murray Avenue and Forbes Avenue. We ate at T-Swirl Crepe, Waffallonia, Amazing Dumplings, Commonplace Coffee, and Hidden Harbor. We also shopped in Panda Supermarket, Chocolate Moose, and Ebisu and spent time in the Carnegie Library. Previously we enjoyed eating at Kiin Lao & Thai Eatery, Ramen Bar, Kyo Matcha, Mango Mango, etcetera. We always appreciate how the business district has a diverse population and international cuisine, is very walkable, and feels safe.

It's because my theme is a progressive dinner style around Asian restaurants. I saw a lot of storefronts on Forbes that were covered with coming soon building wraps. They were all Asian restaurants. That's a good sign. For sure, it's a progress with economic prosperity in this neighborhood. I stayed at an Airbnb with walking distance to the center of the attention. My only gripe was that not many restaurants open on Sunday morning. But I enjoyed my morning stroll alone to witness the fall colors. That's a bonus on this trip. I could never see this sight in Houston Texas, where I'm from.

You can stand and have your picture taken in front of it or just check it out. They also have a bandshell set up for entertainment. Possibly that was set up for light up night but may be incorporated during the holiday season. Nearby is a souvenir shop selling all types of Heinz merchandise including replicas of the pickle. I recognized some of the merchandise coming from places I had visited before such as Commonwealth Press. EQT plaza is basically a small park area with some statues near the Benedum Center. My last visit here was during the Three Rivers Arts Festival where part of the artist's market was set up in this square. It's a nice place to have lunch on a warm summer day and get out and enjoy the fresh air. Main entry is on Liberty Ave. Check it out if you are in the area.

Other than this, this plaza has many of different kinds of seating options so easy to sit and chill out! Note: #340 of Yelp 100 challenge for 2016

Their employees never asked for my birthday when setting up my profile, which meant I never received the birthday gift cards they advertise. When I contacted the store to correct it and asked for the past year's missed offer, the owner (Tom Michael) refused, even though the mistake was caused by their own staff. Instead of honoring the gift card I should have received, I was only offered a donation made "in my name" to a charity. While that may sound generous, it doesn't solve the original problem, and it left me feeling like the store wasn't willing to take responsibility for their own oversight. It was a very small request and could have been resolved easily with good customer service, but it wasn't. Based on this experience, I wouldn't recommend shopping here or trying to resolve any issues directly with the owner. There are plenty of other stores that value their customers and stand behind their promotions.

Sorry I have to ding them this time. Was in Pittsburgh in early February for a conference with my…read morewife and had some hours so thought I'd revisit this nice little department-style store. I forgot how full-price it was... it's almost as if it's more than what the brand itself costs. One doesn't see that these days... The selection here is decent for a store of its size, if not a little rando. It feels somewhat curated but there's enough variety of brands to choose from to make the visit worth it for that... The issue was the service. We walked in and were almost immediately accosted by a salesman: Salesperson: "Hi welcome in, can I help you find something? What brings you in?" Me: "No thanks, just here to browse..." S: "OK what brings you to town? Business or visiting family?" Me: "Just on a quick trip thanks, we'll look over here" S: "What kind of business are you in?" Me: "Different things..." S: "So are you here for meetings?"... And so on--the guy literally followed us closely as we made our way from one end of the store to another. He stopped when I was looking at something, at which point another salesperson came up and asked the same salvo of questions Guy number one came back and started up again "so are you staying nearby?..." We were literally chased out of the store by its salespeople. Here's a better script for them: "Salesperson: Hi, my name is X, welcome to Larrimor's" Me: "No thanks, just here to browse..." "Salesperson: sounds good, just let me know if I can help you find anything" Hounding customers and charging more than the designers themselves is not a great way to do business these days, but I'm keeping four stars out of respect for a longtime Pittsburgh institution. Maybe next time I can look around in peace!
