Customers may purchase foods also from Omaha Steaks and Honey Baked Ham. Current clothing stores include Old Navy, Soma, Chico's, White House Black Market, Talbot's, Jos A. Bank, Steel City, and Rally House. I do not shop at these clothing stores, but they seem to be popular with other customers. This mall also contains several local home-improvement businesses that can be useful to homeowners (e.g., handyman, heating and cooling, Bath Fitter, appliance repair, cabinets, and grout repair). A few businesses offer recreational activities for physical fitness, including a swim school, trampoline park, and indoor cycling. Many other businesses include a Verizon, salon and spa, UPS, jewelry store, candle store, etcetera. This mall does not have a large grocery store, but other nearby malls do.

They recently refurbished their patio area and put in a fire pit and outdoor stage for live music. August 28-30 they had several outdoor family friendly events. They had some special activities for kids during the morning & early afternoon. They had a few food trucks. From 4-5pm Max Schang's Trio of Blues played on the stage. Seating was socially distanced & patrons were asked to wear masks. Public restrooms available with extra hand sanitizer stations. Worth stopping in to shop & dine if you're in the area.

I occasionally visit this mall for something different to do. I cannot do all of my shopping here, but I enjoy some of the chain stores. Furthermore, the mall is in good condition and seems to be safe. I imagine that residents of Cranberry Township do a lot of shopping here.

There are a variety of stores including but not limited to: ALDI, Hallmark, Five Below, Dollar Tree, Petco, Marshall's, Home Goods, ULTA, Carter's, OshKosh B'Gosh, American Eagle, Kirkland's, Michael's and more. Fast food/restaurants located here include Wendy's, Panda Express, Jason's Deli and more. The reason I cannot give this shopping center a 5 star review is that there are often SO many panhandlers that seem to get away with begging for cash in parking lots and in between the Panda Express and Wendy's where the traffic light is located. The panhandlers work in shifts as part of a group of usually young men but sometimes women too. They often have big dogs or pit bulls with them. This turns me off of shopping here. It makes me feel unsafe. Gumberg Associates owns this property so I will try reaching out to them and the Cranberry Township Police are aware as well and have asked that anyone who sees this activity call 911 and contact them to report it.

I hope they bring back more matching outfits for moms and children in the future! I ended up getting a 40 oz water bottle and a pair of summer sandals. They always have something nice to find. The price for the sandals felt a little higher than similar stores, but they seemed to be good quality. The service was fast. We'd love to come back here again.

I shopped here with nothing in mind to buy, but I felt most interested in the women's clothing. The racks of clothing were not well organized by size. I found dresses that I liked, and then I felt disappointed that the size was in the wrong section of the rack. I thought that the prices for clothing ranged from being a bargain to still being a bit expensive (e.g., $80 for a jacket). I found a pair of name-brand casual pants to buy. The comparable price was $20, and they were marked down to $15. I waited in line for a couple of minutes before a cashier called me over to her register. She made friendly conversation and accurately rang up my purchase. I tried the pants on at home, and they fit.

Many products are sold in a large size and would be more appropriate for restaurant owners to buy, but many other products are a perfect size for my household of two people. The quality of the products is very high, and the prices are usually lower than what I have seen at competing retailers. I like this Costco's meats, fishes, fruits, vegetables, cereals, canned sodas, laundry detergent, dish detergent, contact solution, toilet paper, paper towels, dog treats, dog pads, etcetera. During my most recent visit, I stocked up on groceries. At the cash register, two employees politely and accurately served me, scanning my merchandise, unloading and reloading my shopping cart, and processing my payment.

Food Court Needs Attention!…read more The Good: The pizza has definitely improved, especially the whole pepperoni pizza. It used to be dry, and the cheese did not taste very good. Now, the cheese tastes much better, and the overall quality has improved. Thank you! Needs Improvement: 1. Customer Service Customer service is very hit or miss. Some employees are excellent, while others are not. Please keep the service more consistent. I recently encountered an employee who was extremely rude and disrespectful. After a few interactions with customers, she ran back to the back, leaving me and other customers confused. She was not wearing a name tag (please require all employees to wear name tags), so I had to take a picture because I did not know her name. 2. The Legendary Hot Dog Combo The hot dog combo is the main reason, and honestly the first reason I purchased an Executive Membership at Costco, and I'm sure many other members feel the same way. I am not sure about other Costco locations, but I feel the quality of the hot dog combo has been declining at this location. I have seen employees handle hot dogs without maintaining proper glove hygiene countless times, especially during busy hours. For example, they would clean tables or handle cups, boxes, trays, or other items, then immediately use the same gloves to grab a hot dog and place it into the bun without changing their gloves. On one occasion, I and several other customers even witnessed a hot dog fall onto the table, almost drop on the floor. An employee picked it up and placed it into a bun. That was very disturbing to see. There were several hot dogs prepared at the time, so none of us knew who would receive the one that had fallen. The employee involved (a different one) was also not wearing a name tag. I understand that the food court gets very busy, but please take the time to follow proper food safety practices. Most customers would rather wait a little longer for clean, safe food than receive it quickly if there is a risk of contamination. 3. The Soda The fountain soda has also become noticeably weaker. I'm not sure whether the syrup-to-water ratio has changed or if there is another issue with the machine, but it no longer tastes like soda - it tastes mostly like water. Final Thoughts I understand that the $1.50 hot dog and soda combo may not generate much profit and may even operate at a loss. However, it has become a Costco tradition and one of the company's most iconic products. It is a major reason many people, including me, choose to shop at Costco. In that sense, the combo is an incredibly smart marketing strategy. Even if the item itself is not highly profitable, it brings customers into the warehouse, where they end up purchasing many other products (membership fee as well). Please continue to protect the quality of this iconic offering by maintaining high food safety standards and providing consistent customer service. Thank you.
