The anchor stores are Nordstrom, Macy's, JCPenney, and Dick's Sporting Goods. Luxury/designer stores include Burberry, Gucci, Louis Vuitton, Tiffany and Co., Kate Spade, and Tory Burch. The mall also has many lower-priced clothing stores, including American Eagle, Banana Republic, Buckle, Chico's, Express, GAP, H&M, Hollister, J.Crew, J.Jill, Levi's, LOFT, Madewell, PacSun, Victoria's Secret, White House Black Market, and Zumiez. Unfortunately, a few of my favorite clothing stores have closed since my previous review. Several other stores sell shoes and accessories, such as Coach, Foot Locker, Kay Jewelers, Lens Crafters, Pandora, Sunglass Hut, Swarovski, Tumi, VisionWorks, and Warby Parker. The mall also has electronics stores such as Apple and phone stores. Stores for home goods include Crate and Barrel, RH (formerly Restoration Hardware), Tempur-Pedic, and Williams-Sonoma. Current restaurants are Auntie Anne's, Cheesecake Factory, Plaza Azteca, Nordstrom Ruscello, several casual restaurants in the food court, etcetera. Unlike many other indoor malls, Ross Park Mall is not dead. Most store fronts are occupied, and only a few store fronts are empty and awaiting future retailers.

I occasionally visit this mall for something different to do. I cannot do all of my shopping here, but I enjoy some of the chain stores. Furthermore, the mall is in good condition and seems to be safe. I imagine that residents of Cranberry Township do a lot of shopping here.

There are a variety of stores including but not limited to: ALDI, Hallmark, Five Below, Dollar Tree, Petco, Marshall's, Home Goods, ULTA, Carter's, OshKosh B'Gosh, American Eagle, Kirkland's, Michael's and more. Fast food/restaurants located here include Wendy's, Panda Express, Jason's Deli and more. The reason I cannot give this shopping center a 5 star review is that there are often SO many panhandlers that seem to get away with begging for cash in parking lots and in between the Panda Express and Wendy's where the traffic light is located. The panhandlers work in shifts as part of a group of usually young men but sometimes women too. They often have big dogs or pit bulls with them. This turns me off of shopping here. It makes me feel unsafe. Gumberg Associates owns this property so I will try reaching out to them and the Cranberry Township Police are aware as well and have asked that anyone who sees this activity call 911 and contact them to report it.

My favorite businesses are the Market District and restaurants such as Ichiban Hibachi and Sushi, Bartram House Bakery, and Forgotten Taste Pierogies. The mall can be easily accessed from Perry Highway. The parking lot is fairly large. I have not noticed any problems with crime or trash. I do like some of the businesses here, so I should try to come here more frequently in the future.

The anchor tenants here are Whole Foods grocery store, which sells many organic foods but tends to be expensive, and Levin Furniture, which has a large selection of furniture but has not yet fit my personal tastes. Other current businesses at this mall include the Tile Shop, Mattress Firm, healthcare providers (e.g., chiropractor, optometrist, physical therapist, and fitness), personal-care businesses (e.g., nails, salon, and spa), a pet store, a tutoring center, a PNC Bank and a Bank of America, and food establishments (e.g., beer store and some restaurants). My favorite business here is the Graeter's Ice Cream, which serves some of the most delicious ice cream that I have eaten in my life.

I deducted one star from my review because not many stores here sell clothing or household items. The parking lot is not large, but I was able to find a space on a Saturday late morning.

I believe that the Tuesday Morning store closed months ago after the national company filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy and Chapter 7 liquidation, so that store space is currently empty and is looking for a new tenant. As you can see, this mall does not contain any stores for clothing, shoes, and accessories, but I think that the current stores are very convenient for local residents who need other daily necessities.

It also has a Cinemark movie theater as well as several restaurants such as Longhorn Steakhouse, Panera, Emiliano's, Gigi's Cupcakes, and Bonefish Grill. I visit McCandless Crossing mostly for the Cinemark and the Longhorn Steakhouse. The entire shopping center is safe and clean, and it has lots of sidewalks and parking spaces. Many residential townhouses are located *right next to* the parking lot, which my husband thinks is funny, but apparently people enjoy living there.

An onsite parking lot provides free parking spaces for employees and customers. Across the parking lot is West View Savings Bank. I visited this shopping center to eat at the Pomodoro restaurant, which had courteous and timely customer service and tasty Italian-American foods. I did not feel as interested in visiting the other two businesses, but I think that this shopping center is conveniently located for residents of the Wexford area who want to grab a bite to eat or get their hair done.

Other current businesses include a few restaurants, two banks, a GNC supplements store, and a Hallmark greeting card store. Inside the Target is a CVS pharmacy. The parking lot is large enough so that I can find a parking spot that is close to the entrances of the stores. The mall is located along a busy road, but the area seems to have a low crime rate and is clean. McKnight Road has several other shopping centers. This strip mall is not the best mall, because it has few stores and does not sell many clothes, but it is good for people who live in the area or who happen to be traveling close by.

They even have a really nice farmer's market weekly starting in May. There are so many nice vendors that come weekly. You can get anything from vegetables to meals to lite bites and dessert. They also usually have at least 1-3 food trucks outside too. We also like going to the stores there too. There are so many nice places to buy discount clothes. Paris Baguette is my favorite place there. They have the best pastries. We love the monthly special, chocolate croissants, mochi donuts and sandwiches. The cakes are so moist and delicious. They also have lots of nIce events for kids and families like a safety event and gingerbread houses at Christmas.
