The anchor stores are Nordstrom, Macy's, JCPenney, and Dick's Sporting Goods. Luxury/designer stores include Burberry, Gucci, Louis Vuitton, Tiffany and Co., Kate Spade, and Tory Burch. The mall also has many lower-priced clothing stores, including American Eagle, Banana Republic, Buckle, Chico's, Express, GAP, H&M, Hollister, J.Crew, J.Jill, Levi's, LOFT, Madewell, PacSun, Victoria's Secret, White House Black Market, and Zumiez. Unfortunately, a few of my favorite clothing stores have closed since my previous review. Several other stores sell shoes and accessories, such as Coach, Foot Locker, Kay Jewelers, Lens Crafters, Pandora, Sunglass Hut, Swarovski, Tumi, VisionWorks, and Warby Parker. The mall also has electronics stores such as Apple and phone stores. Stores for home goods include Crate and Barrel, RH (formerly Restoration Hardware), Tempur-Pedic, and Williams-Sonoma. Current restaurants are Auntie Anne's, Cheesecake Factory, Plaza Azteca, Nordstrom Ruscello, several casual restaurants in the food court, etcetera. Unlike many other indoor malls, Ross Park Mall is not dead. Most store fronts are occupied, and only a few store fronts are empty and awaiting future retailers.

Current tenants include a Giant Eagle…read moreMarket District grocery store, many restaurants, several banks and credit unions, a few personal-care businesses (e.g., hair, nails, and eyelashes), a few healthcare businesses (e.g., Quest Diagnostics, physician, and dentist), a UPS store, and many other businesses. My favorite businesses are the Market District and restaurants such as Ichiban Hibachi and Sushi, Bartram House Bakery, and Forgotten Taste Pierogies. The mall can be easily accessed from Perry Highway. The parking lot is fairly large. I have not noticed any problems with crime or trash. I do like some of the businesses here, so I should try to come here more frequently in the future.

Customers may purchase foods also from Omaha Steaks and Honey Baked Ham. Current clothing stores include Old Navy, Soma, Chico's, White House Black Market, Talbot's, Jos A. Bank, Steel City, and Rally House. I do not shop at these clothing stores, but they seem to be popular with other customers. This mall also contains several local home-improvement businesses that can be useful to homeowners (e.g., handyman, heating and cooling, Bath Fitter, appliance repair, cabinets, and grout repair). A few businesses offer recreational activities for physical fitness, including a swim school, trampoline park, and indoor cycling. Many other businesses include a Verizon, salon and spa, UPS, jewelry store, candle store, etcetera. This mall does not have a large grocery store, but other nearby malls do.

They have retail stores such as J Jill, Old Navy, Anne Taylor Loft, Talbots, Sheila's Home, Chico's, Hallmark and several more. There is plenty of lot parking & sidewalks joining all stores. They recently refurbished their patio area and put in a fire pit and outdoor stage for live music. August 28-30 they had several outdoor family friendly events. They had some special activities for kids during the morning & early afternoon. They had a few food trucks. From 4-5pm Max Schang's Trio of Blues played on the stage. Seating was socially distanced & patrons were asked to wear masks. Public restrooms available with extra hand sanitizer stations. Worth stopping in to shop & dine if you're in the area.

There are a variety of stores including but not limited to: ALDI, Hallmark, Five Below, Dollar Tree, Petco, Marshall's, Home Goods, ULTA, Carter's, OshKosh B'Gosh, American Eagle, Kirkland's, Michael's and more. Fast food/restaurants located here include Wendy's, Panda Express, Jason's Deli and more. The reason I cannot give this shopping center a 5 star review is that there are often SO many panhandlers that seem to get away with begging for cash in parking lots and in between the Panda Express and Wendy's where the traffic light is located. The panhandlers work in shifts as part of a group of usually young men but sometimes women too. They often have big dogs or pit bulls with them. This turns me off of shopping here. It makes me feel unsafe. Gumberg Associates owns this property so I will try reaching out to them and the Cranberry Township Police are aware as well and have asked that anyone who sees this activity call 911 and contact them to report it.

The anchor tenants here are Whole Foods grocery store, which sells many organic foods but tends to be expensive, and Levin Furniture, which has a large selection of furniture but has not yet fit my personal tastes. Other current businesses at this mall include the Tile Shop, Mattress Firm, healthcare providers (e.g., chiropractor, optometrist, physical therapist, and fitness), personal-care businesses (e.g., nails, salon, and spa), a pet store, a tutoring center, a PNC Bank and a Bank of America, and food establishments (e.g., beer store and some restaurants). My favorite business here is the Graeter's Ice Cream, which serves some of the most delicious ice cream that I have eaten in my life.

A parking lot provided a sufficient number of parking spaces for employees and customers, and I easily found a parking space right in front of Churn. I deducted one star from my review, because I could not shop for groceries or clothing at the stores here.

The parking lot is large enough so that I can find a parking spot that is close to the entrances of the stores. The mall is located along a busy road, but the area seems to have a low crime rate and is clean. McKnight Road has several other shopping centers. This strip mall is not the best mall, because it has few stores and does not sell many clothes, but it is good for people who live in the area or who happen to be traveling close by.

Overall, this mall is not my go-to that I regularly visit, but I like to stop by once in a while for some meals and clothes.

When trying to return, their "systems were down" and it took me over 1.5 hours to return 3 bikinis....they also couldn't return items from the west mifflin gabes for an unknown reason, so I had to take them back to that location.
