Ross Park Mall is a higher end shopping experience with many luxury brand stores but also a lot of trendy spots (like the Disney Store pop up). It also has a lot of family attractions like Build A Bear, Lego etc. And then the staple anchor stores. There are also many "ring" stores like Crate and Barrel, LL Bean and Cheesecake Factory. The food court has a lot of options you don't see in other places (like a potato restaurant with amazing french fries and a poke bowl place) but also has food court staples like pizza and chick fil a. There is a lot of parking, but depending on where you want to go in the mall, it can seem far to where your destination is. The lots are well lit and well kept, though. The mall itself has a lot of space for walking and the corridors are kept clean and well lit. Facilities run by the mall are also well maintained and stocked. Overall, there is a little bit of something for everyone and this is a great place to experience what a good mall actually is.

The anchor stores are Nordstrom, Macy's, JCPenney, and Dick's Sporting Goods. Luxury/designer stores include Burberry, Gucci, Louis Vuitton, Tiffany and Co., Kate Spade, and Tory Burch. The mall also has many lower-priced clothing stores, including American Eagle, Banana Republic, Buckle, Chico's, Express, GAP, H&M, Hollister, J.Crew, J.Jill, Levi's, LOFT, Madewell, PacSun, Victoria's Secret, White House Black Market, and Zumiez. Unfortunately, a few of my favorite clothing stores have closed since my previous review. Several other stores sell shoes and accessories, such as Coach, Foot Locker, Kay Jewelers, Lens Crafters, Pandora, Sunglass Hut, Swarovski, Tumi, VisionWorks, and Warby Parker. The mall also has electronics stores such as Apple and phone stores. Stores for home goods include Crate and Barrel, RH (formerly Restoration Hardware), Tempur-Pedic, and Williams-Sonoma. Current restaurants are Auntie Anne's, Cheesecake Factory, Plaza Azteca, Nordstrom Ruscello, several casual restaurants in the food court, etcetera. Unlike many other indoor malls, Ross Park Mall is not dead. Most store fronts are occupied, and only a few store fronts are empty and awaiting future retailers.

For apparel stores, a Carter's, David's Bridal, DSW, J.Crew Factory, Land's End, Marshalls, Nordstrom Rack, Skechers, and Torrid. For other retail, Bassett, Petsmart, The Container Store, and Ulta Beauty. Some businesses also provide services for healthcare, physical fitness, and personal care. Since my previous review three years ago, some businesses have closed and left vacant storefronts. For many years, I have shopped at The Block off and on. I always quickly find a convenient parking spot for my vehicle. I like some of the businesses, but I cannot do all of my shopping here.

They even have a really nice farmer's market weekly starting in May. There are so many nice vendors that come weekly. You can get anything from vegetables to meals to lite bites and dessert. They also usually have at least 1-3 food trucks outside too. We also like going to the stores there too. There are so many nice places to buy discount clothes. Paris Baguette is my favorite place there. They have the best pastries. We love the monthly special, chocolate croissants, mochi donuts and sandwiches. The cakes are so moist and delicious. They also have lots of nIce events for kids and families like a safety event and gingerbread houses at Christmas.

My favorite businesses are the Market District and restaurants such as Ichiban Hibachi and Sushi, Bartram House Bakery, and Forgotten Taste Pierogies. The mall can be easily accessed from Perry Highway. The parking lot is fairly large. I have not noticed any problems with crime or trash. I do like some of the businesses here, so I should try to come here more frequently in the future.

Bank, Steel City, and Rally House. I do not shop at these clothing stores, but they seem to be popular with other customers. This mall also contains several local home-improvement businesses that can be useful to homeowners (e.g., handyman, heating and cooling, Bath Fitter, appliance repair, cabinets, and grout repair). A few businesses offer recreational activities for physical fitness, including a swim school, trampoline park, and indoor cycling. Many other businesses include a Verizon, salon and spa, UPS, jewelry store, candle store, etcetera. This mall does not have a large grocery store, but other nearby malls do.

They recently refurbished their patio area and put in a fire pit and outdoor stage for live music. August 28-30 they had several outdoor family friendly events. They had some special activities for kids during the morning & early afternoon. They had a few food trucks. From 4-5pm Max Schang's Trio of Blues played on the stage. Seating was socially distanced & patrons were asked to wear masks. Public restrooms available with extra hand sanitizer stations. Worth stopping in to shop & dine if you're in the area.

Fast food/restaurants located here include Wendy's, Panda Express, Jason's Deli and more. The reason I cannot give this shopping center a 5 star review is that there are often SO many panhandlers that seem to get away with begging for cash in parking lots and in between the Panda Express and Wendy's where the traffic light is located. The panhandlers work in shifts as part of a group of usually young men but sometimes women too. They often have big dogs or pit bulls with them. This turns me off of shopping here. It makes me feel unsafe. Gumberg Associates owns this property so I will try reaching out to them and the Cranberry Township Police are aware as well and have asked that anyone who sees this activity call 911 and contact them to report it.

Other current businesses at this mall include the Tile Shop, Mattress Firm, healthcare providers (e.g., chiropractor, optometrist, physical therapist, and fitness), personal-care businesses (e.g., nails, salon, and spa), a pet store, a tutoring center, a PNC Bank and a Bank of America, and food establishments (e.g., beer store and some restaurants). My favorite business here is the Graeter's Ice Cream, which serves some of the most delicious ice cream that I have eaten in my life.

This strip mall is not the best mall, because it has few stores and does not sell many clothes, but it is good for people who live in the area or who happen to be traveling close by.

They carry tons of unique products and brand-name items you don't always see at other stores, and there's always a chance you'll walk out with an incredible deal.
