Upon entering mall went to family bathroom with two small kids, but no toilet paper 2. Came into mall in food court (2nd floor). Tried to get to 1st floor to get hot chocolate for kids, but mall elevator and escalators broken. 3. Went into JCPenny and used elevator to get to 1st floor, but gate between JCPenny and mall was broken, which prevented me from getting back into the mall from 1st floor. 4. Wanted to let kids ride coin-fed machines such as small carousels and horse, but change machine broken Check out this news article that aligns with my experience. This mall is headed down a dark path. Very sad. https://www.cbsnews.com/pittsburgh/news/michael-kohan-mall-owner-washington-robinson/

It's not even close to being my favorite mall in the Pittsburgh metro area, but it is nice. There are approximately 120 stores with a wide variety of men's and women's apparel, footwear, speciality, small local businesses, jewelry, home decor, etc. They have one of my favorite Dick's Sporting Goods. It's one of their three anchor stores, two story and loaded with stuff. Macys and JC Penney are their other two anchor stores. The food court has around 10 places to eat. It really isn't that great to be honest, but they do have a couple decent options. It's a shame they don't have a place for pizza. FYI: there are plenty of good places to eat and drink right outside of the mall in the parking lots and in the surrounding area of it There is always plenty of parking as I rarely ever see this mall packed unless it's around the holidays. The customer service always seems to be good and you can definitely find some good deals depending on the time of year. Enjoy :)

The staff working on this particular day were more concerned about eating their lunch that was just dropped off at the store. They knew nothing to solve my daughter's problem in fact the girl was googling to find out a solution!!!!! To say it was a pathetic experience would be an understatement!!! We people pay too much money for our phone services to be treated as such and for them to tell my daughter she needs to go to a repair shop!!!! LOL!!! BTW, how fast do u think Your manager can walk out of the back of the store to the front of the store without getting short of breath. Current restaurants include Anthony's Coal Fired Pizza, Blaze Pizza, Dairy Queen, First Watch Cafe, Jimmy John's, P.F. Current stores include Barnes and Noble, Five Below, GNC, Lane Bryant, Michaels, Pet Supplies Plus, Ross, Skechers, Vitamin Shoppe, and Ulta Beauty. I never buy many clothes at this mall, but these stores are OK. The mall also includes a Giant Eagle Market District for groceries as well as several businesses for personal care (e.g., massage, hair, waxing, nails, and dental work).

This indoor mall has two floors and over 150 stores. The anchor stores are Nordstrom, Macy's, JCPenney, and Dick's Sporting Goods. Luxury/designer stores include Burberry, Gucci, Louis Vuitton, Tiffany and Co., Kate Spade, and Tory Burch. The mall also has many lower-priced clothing stores, including American Eagle, Banana Republic, Buckle, Chico's, Express, GAP, H&M, Hollister, J.Crew, J.Jill, Levi's, LOFT, Madewell, PacSun, Victoria's Secret, White House Black Market, and Zumiez. Unfortunately, a few of my favorite clothing stores have closed since my previous review. Several other stores sell shoes and accessories, such as Coach, Foot Locker, Kay Jewelers, Lens Crafters, Pandora, Sunglass Hut, Swarovski, Tumi, VisionWorks, and Warby Parker. The mall also has electronics stores such as Apple and phone stores. Stores for home goods include Crate and Barrel, RH (formerly Restoration Hardware), Tempur-Pedic, and Williams-Sonoma. Current restaurants are Auntie Anne's, Cheesecake Factory, Plaza Azteca, Nordstrom Ruscello, several casual restaurants in the food court, etcetera. Unlike many other indoor malls, Ross Park Mall is not dead. Most store fronts are occupied, and only a few store fronts are empty and awaiting future retailers.

As of the time of this review, options for foods and drinks include a Giant Eagle grocery store, a Fine Wine & Good Spirits, and about 20 restaurants (e.g., Burgatory, Chick-fil-A, Chipotle, Crazy Mason, Eat 'n Park, Jimmy John's, Longhorn, Storming Crab, and Yokoso). I enjoy many of the restaurants. Retail stores present a good number of options for clothing (e.g., Dick's Sporting Goods, LOFT, and Rally House), footwear (e.g., DSW and Shoe Fly), home goods (e.g., Costco, Lowe's, Michael's, Mattress Firm, and Petco), and health and beauty products (e.g., Bath & Body Works, GNC, and Ulta). Current entertainment includes AMC movie theater, Barnes & Noble bookstore, Dave & Buster's, Improv comedy club, Paint Monkey, and Urban Air Adventure Park. Other current businesses are a few banks, a few hotels, some cell-phone stores, a gym, and healthcare providers (e.g., dental and vision). As you can see, this shopping center has numerous options for different types of customers to eat a meal, go shopping, and be entertained. This shopping center does not contain all of my favorite stores, but I like it more than most other shopping centers in the Pittsburgh area. I even have a friend who drives two hours one-way to shop here.
