I was told they "couldn't do that" and someone else they could not get me in contact with would do that. I had already been told 3 times things that were supposed to happen that did not. I wanted to speak with someone who would get my refund reprocessed and they called the police on me. Police came and told them to get someone to get a hold of me. Been waiting an hour and still no contact. Beware this place has management and computer issues

I had my storage for a few months, noticed mice droppings in the storage after a couple months. I reported it right away. They were apologetic and said they would get somebody on it. I went back three days later. Nothing happened and there's more droppings and now URINE! When I went to the front desk, there was a different woman at the desk I interrupted her on a personal call. She wouldn't even look at me. She wouldn't give me her manager's number or email. She said she can't get that information out. She said that they were going to have someone come and check it out but Company only comes out once a month for pest control. I explained , this is an emergency clearly there's rodents here that needs to be addressed . I was met with rolled eyes. I emailed the customer service department, they were actually very good! They Immediately escalated it to the managers so I was very hopeful. Unfortunately, my hope was short lived. I have been told they're doing everything to try to find out where the rodents are coming from. But in actuality, nothing has been done. It's been over a month . Nothing's been DONE! Now, several pieces of my nice wood furniture have been ruined and I have to go through my private HOME insurance. This is what secure space is banking on unless you purchased their own insurance..DO NOT WASTE ONE PENNY AT THIS PLACE!!!! I have given them too much time to fix this... I will be taking my stuff out of there! Just so you know, the ceilings are open with chicken wire. The rodents are getting in and jumping from storage to storage. It's amazing how much boxed up stuff we are able to put in this 7.5x10 foot unit. We've made three runs, two with packed truck and trailer, and there is still room for just about all of the rest we need to store. Lean and easy, and the covered unload area is great. Totally recommend.

When I came to the office to pick up the keys I found that the office is closed for the day. To reserve a U-Haul, you have to give your email and phone number so I would've appreciated if I got any sort of warning this would've happen. Now I'm out of a way to move all my stuff and am literally scrambling to find a solution because today was the only time I had to move everything. I am so disappointed and a little angry this is all happening. This may have been a very rare occasion on their part, but I will never come again and would recommend all my friends/family to look elsewhere.

My unit was the only one of hundreds on the site that was burglarized. Staff was apologetic enough but other than that no interest. No cameras on sight or any other security measures. My mistake for trying to save a few measly dollars. Neighboring units can peek into yours by pushing up ceiling insulation and looking over the walls. Don't use this place, pay the little extra money elsewhere.
