They assured me they would have one ready. When I didn't arrive at exactly the scheduled time, I received a phone call from U-Haul asking when I would be there (if i had truly forgotten, this would have been a lifesaver). Upon arrival, the Express Storage Staff was helpful and friendly. They had the trailer ready to go and made the process of checking in simple and easy. When I pulled in to return the trailer, they ran out to assist me putting the trailer back and got me out of there quickly. In short, they made the process simple and easy and respected my time so I would strongly recommend them again!

They are located in a great part of town. John is the best example of great customer service. He took all the time needed to answer all of my questions. He was also available to give my husband a tour of what he had available on his lot. They provide 24/7 security which was one of the main reasons why we chose to store with them. Sure, there are cheaper places to rent from, but no other lot out there could provide the type of service and security that John does over at Cobalt!

I asked them if it was possible to fix the door because it was very hard to open and close and it didn't want to lock. I was told no, that I just needed to deal with it. When I let them know that this was not going to work for me, they did not make any suggestion for fixing the situation. I felt like the did not value me as a customer. I was also in formed that I would not et my money back even though it was the same day that I opened the unit. So two days later I closed it and told I would no longer be using the unit. I was able (while on the road) to set up for a unit. It was such an easy process and a major stress off my shoulders! The price and location are fantastic! I live down the street and the unit is literally halfway between my home and my Family Members new home. The whole process was so easy and they even provided the lock. I arrived back in town and was able to drop things off in the unit without having to go through a bunch of paperwork in the office. They have extended hours which are great for me to shift things. I will probably keep the unit even after I move my Family Members stuff out. It has a perfect location for me to store items for my business and a convenient location.

I made an appointment to turn in my keys because I moved out of the unit, and I arrive about 10…read moreminutes early for my appointment and no one is here, I called the property manager and had to leave a message. I do not live in this area anymore so I went out of my way to come back and drop off my keys. No one ever showed up. I waited until after my appointment time. This has been so disrespectful of my time. Do not rent here, they are impossible to get ahold of, hidden fees make your rent go up and there are rat dropping all over the units.
