#23 ... obviously NOT vegetarian!
Tim G.

We have been coming here for 20 years. Being a vegetarian, my order is always the same..#23 from the vegetarian section. Today I was brought a meal that was obviously not vegetarian. I pointed it out to our server who proceeded to yell at me and inform me that the vegetarian meal doesn't mean no meat. And refused to fix it. If we could give it zero, we would. If something is wrong, don't expect them to fix it. And remember, vegetarian does NOT mean no meat at Fiesta!

Guacamole And Chips

Fiesta Tropicana is typical Mexican American food. It has a good margarita list. These pair good with chips and guacamole. It would be even better if the food was good. The inside of the restaurant is kind of nasty and the checkout is slow. I had the regular margarita. It came on the rocks. The ice seemed to take up most of the glass which sucked. In addition it was a weak cocktail. Most likely it came from a mix. It has a menu of typical Americanized food. The chips didn't taste like anything, and were kind of stale. A spicy guacamole would help make it better. Unfortunately the guacamole didn't taste like much either. Compared to the competition it's not bad. It's not that good either. This is like many other cheap Mexican restaurants.

Always good and lovely service. I took photos of the full menu because I seem to want their food to pick up and take home and they didn't have the full menu on their page

When we first pulled in I almost pulled out just because of the sign outside I was thinking maybe it wasn't good. So glad I didn't ! The food was great. The flavor of salsa was very good and the my husband had the chicken fajitas and I had the grilled fajita quesadillas with a beef enchalata. I was happy to see they had gluten free options for my husband. We will definitely be back:

Always great food and reasonable prices. Waiters are very nice and explain items. This is like our very own home town Mexican place

Chicken enchiladas with lettuce and sour cream with refried beans. I added pico de gallo... and it was very good and fresh!

Favorite stop of ours when we are in the area. Good food at a great price and they make sure you never leave hungry.

El Parian Steaks and Tequila - Chimichanga

El Parian Steaks and Tequila

We visited El Parian with a pretty good test group: my wife, our daughter Whitnie, her partners,…read moretwo kids and me. Our dining challenges are always part of the equation. My wife has gluten and dairy allergies, while I bring a tree nut allergy and Alpha-Gal to the table, with a diabetes kicker just to keep things interesting. Fortunately, Mexican food is generally one of the easier cuisines for us to navigate. I had the chicken street tacos, my wife had the tostadas, and the rest of the table worked through a variety of dishes. Overall, the food was good and everyone seemed happy with their meals. They did get a couple of the orders wrong, but once we pointed out the mistakes, they were quick to correct them. Service was probably the weakest part of the experience. We waited a while to place our orders, drinks went empty a couple of times, and eventually we had to flag someone down to get the check. Nothing disastrous, but the service could definitely have been more attentive. The atmosphere, on the other hand, is pretty cool. The décor is colorful, with unique metal statues, and overall is polished and very much on point for a place billing itself around steaks and tequila. It feels more upscale and interesting than your basic neighborhood Mexican restaurant without becoming stuffy. It also worked well with two kids at the table, so I'd have no hesitation bringing a family. The atmosphere is nice enough for a casual business meal, and I think it works for pretty much any stage of dating, from a first date to an easy dinner with someone you've been with for years. Overall, a good experience. Good food, fun atmosphere and family friendly. Tighten up the service a little and it becomes an even stronger option in Lancaster.

So we started looking around and my wife found this place. So we traveled to Lancaster Ohio on a rainy Wednesday night. We walked in and was surprised by the ambience. It was quirky, but charming. The staff was attentive and intentional. The chips tasted like they just came out of the fryer. The queso dip was great. We ordered our entrées with a half hearted Hope of expectations of days long gone. When the entrées arrived, we just could not be more impressed with the presentation. And then the food and we all sampled each other's. The taco meat inside the burrito was flavorful like it had been cooked on purpose. The monstrosity of a fajita that I got the chicken was kind of like a Hispanic version of chicken Parmesan. The steak, well prepared and the shrimp was incredibly plump and juicy. All the mixtures gathered at the bottom of the basin bowl just waiting to be dipped like a fountain of youth, the basin of expectation and it was to my utter taste buds delight.

SEVEN WORDS: TRADITIONAL HOMESTYLE TEX-MEX / MEDIUM QUALITY / PHENOMENAL ATMOSPHERE…read more . It is Somewhat Hard to Give this Restaurant 3-Stars, but the Food Quality was Somewhat Inconsistent. I ordered the Carne Asada and my Wife Ordered the Shrimp Fajitas + and Extra Side of Spanish Rice. . We will start with her dish. She really liked the Shtimp Fajitas, and both Shrimp and Veggies were Fresh. The Spanish Rice was just a bonus to feed her Endless Appetite for Rice of Any Kind. Still, she puts the dish at a 4. I attribute that to her unfamiliarness with Tex-Mex...or even Mexicali food, other than more Modern Mexican-American tastes. . On the Other Hand, My Carne Asada was not just lackluster, but lacking Quality when it comes to the Beef. It featured approximately 4 ounces of Strip Steak - a decent serving of refried beans with the smallest drizzle of sour cream. . On great note, however, were the Avocados. The Slices were thick and xomplete; the fruit tasted as if it was straight off the tree. This, unfortunately, was where the quality ended. Im not saying bad by any stretch of the imagination - but I would stop at Del ataco...and most certainly Chipotle or any other good M3xican restaurant between Whitehall and apataskala before stopping here again. . Very Average Food, even at $37!39 for two Entrees, some shrimp protein, and two soft drinks. . This place; however, has so much potential -- maybe Im being overly judgmentao...but I doubt it.

I've had nothing but consistently good food here. They even have take out and delivery (through…read moredoordash). The food is one of the best mexican out there. It's not a big place and kind of hidden. it's worth finding it. There are other mexican restaurants with bigger venues or more entertaining servers. This is a place you just go for authentic food. It is a chain, so you might pay a little more than some places, but it's well worth it. I still don't know how to pronounce it. But hey, pass the hot sauce, let's go!
