We came for a late night dinner out after a hard day. The wait staff were SUPER helpful and gave delicious recommendations based on my desire for shrimp and cheese... the whole meal was WONDERFUL!!! Super fresh and super delicious!!! I am looking forward to our next visit!!!

Good Mexican food and great service. I personally love their beans they're amazingly good. Can't beat the margaritas either Standing happy hour special is first 32 oz. margarita at regular price second is half price. I've never made it to the second one yet.

I had the vegetarian quesadilla and it was actually pretty good , I got cheese sauce and tried it with my rice and it was great.

It was pretty bad and very overpriced for what it was. Saw on Facebook that it was the place to go but sorely disappointed.

When the server--"Yana"--approached us, I grew less optimistic that all was well. I ordered a martini. When I asked if they have blue cheese olives, she told me "they cost extra." I thought she was joking, but she was not. (I learned when the bill came that my small martini cost 21 bucks. When I told the server at one point that I've never seen a martini in a cordial glass before, she informed me with some attitude, "It's still three ounces." I confirmed that I wasn't challenging her, but simply commenting on the non-traditional glass. Later, I ordered a diet coke. "We have Boylan's" she told me. "If it's a diet cola, that will be fine." When she brought it, she twisted the lid, poured most of the soda in my glass and took the bottle away with the remaining soda. I called her back after I'd taken a sip and said, "This tastes like rootbeer." Again with what seemed like attitude, she showed me the bottle and told me "it says diet cola." The server interrupted us at our table multiple times, reached over us to serve us, and took away plates we were still using. It felt less like fine dining "service" and more like what you would expect at a church dinner. The server was abrupt and seemed disinterested in trying curate a positive experience. The food, to be clear, was quite good, but that was the extent of the success for the evening. The menu prices would make sense if the service was above reproach, but it was NOT excellent service. Had the place been packed out, it might have made more sense that the service was compromised, but we actually commented on how light the attendance seemed to be for a Saturday evening. My hope is that the management might consider more staff training (or adjust their "fine dining" prices to match the service.)

I think they are doing something unique in Columbus and I am happy to see them as busy as ever. I will say, the menu is eclectic and some of the dishes are more successful than others. On a recent visit, we loved the bacon wrapped dates, the charred green beans, the croquettes, and mixed greens salad. The birria tacos were fine, but not amazing. There are some great birria tacos in this city and they did not compare. The spicy chocolate martini was a perfect finish to the meal. Very spicy, very chocolatey, and not overly sweet.

We did have to wait a bit to be seated but were thankfully at a nice table in the corner so our large party could be comfortable and private. I do recall the table or a chair being rickety and a waiter immediately assisting to make sure it would stop shifting which was amazing. We ordered a ton of tapas to share (6-7) to share amongst 6 people - all the dishes I tried were fantastic. My favorite was surprisingly the patatas - they were nice and crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside, and were very flavorful. I also enjoy meat quite a bit so the braised short rib and steak were great too. Highly recommend also getting the pan - the sauce was addicting! Overall, I would love to come back if I'm in the area again. The atmosphere, service, food - everything suited me and my party perfectly.

The potatoes weren't cooked right, the asparagus dish was lackluster, the clams were pretty decent but didn't come with enough bread, and the steak dish was drowning in an unnecessary amount of sauce. On top of that, I especially wouldn't take children here with the explicit images on the walls. 2 stars because the staff was attentive enough.

They don't have a menu or anything so you just have to ask what they have, and I get the impression that the selection is gonna vary day by day because the woman who took my order had to consult the kitchen on whether some items were available or not. I ended up getting an assortment of chicken, pastor, and lengua. They were all really good and came served with grilled leeks (!) and a grilled jalapeno: A really nice touch, so nice I'm tempted to give this place a fifth star. The chicken taco was good. Not the best, but completely decent. It may have been a little dry, but that's the only complaint about it. The lengua was also good though, being just down the road from Taqueria Jalisco (who has the best lengua in town, as far as I'm concerned), I probably wouldn't go here just for the lengua. It was a hair chewy. The pastor was excellent. It's among the best I've had -- nice and flavorful; not too greasy, but not too dry either. I'll definitely go back here. It's closer to my house than Taqueria Jalisco (which has been my go-to taco truck in my neighborhood for a while) and -- excepting the lengua -- at least as good.

So we started looking around and my wife found this place. So we traveled to Lancaster Ohio on a rainy Wednesday night. We walked in and was surprised by the ambience. It was quirky, but charming. The staff was attentive and intentional. The chips tasted like they just came out of the fryer. The queso dip was great. We ordered our entrées with a half hearted Hope of expectations of days long gone. When the entrées arrived, we just could not be more impressed with the presentation. And then the food and we all sampled each other's. The taco meat inside the burrito was flavorful like it had been cooked on purpose. The monstrosity of a fajita that I got the chicken was kind of like a Hispanic version of chicken Parmesan. The steak, well prepared and the shrimp was incredibly plump and juicy. All the mixtures gathered at the bottom of the basin bowl just waiting to be dipped like a fountain of youth, the basin of expectation and it was to my utter taste buds delight.

For me, the same can be said with the birria chimi. The meat was seasoned and succulent and had a rich depth of flavor that made it easy to keep going back for more. I made a comment she needed to bring her husband and I wanted to return some time in the future.
