I will say the booths are not handicap able but the tables definitely are. The service here is horrendous. They left us setting for over 30 minutes waiting for our check. When the "manager" finally came to our table it was the same guy who had taken our order and then abandoned our table. Rather than listening to my fiancé he rudely told us he would pay for our check and to have a good night. Then walked away. I've managed for 35 years. It wasn't what he said rather how he said it. He wanted to blame the team and the volume of business. He never acknowledged that since he was in charge the problem was his alone. I'll not go back to this location again. read more

I wish i could give this place a better review because the food was actually good.. but the attitudes of the employees were all horrible. Literally from the minute we walked in nobody even greeted us and when he finally got around to seating us, I was not met with any kind of greeting. He just asked how many and sat us. All of the service from there on out got worse as far as being completely unfriendly. Rude and impatient, horrible service no refills on drinks, took us tracking them down for our bill and boxes. Be sure to check your receipt. The food was good; but customer service is bad. Their website special was "buy one lunch combo get a second half price." I ask about it when ordering and they said bring a picture of the ad. It's their website, don't they know what's there? At pickup with picture in hand, they claimed it needed to be two of the same combo. (Not according to the website special.) The cashier Xavi would not honor the special price. Late post* We've been back here since this first time. So it goes to say that we like this place. Not too far from the house. Good food, good service and a nice atmosphere. I will be trying something different everytime to figure out what my favorite is going to be. So far it's the ceviche. But everything has been good. Keep it up! read more

Atmosphere was good, Margaritas were good, but food was bad to mediocre. Tortilla chips were stale, Carnitas were huge lumps of fatty pork, chimichangas were soft & flavorless We eat a lot of Mexican food when we travel and this was on the bottom of our list. read more

Los Mariachis is a typical Tex-Mex style restaurant with a no surprise, standard menu. The food here is solid so I'll just give you a couple recommendations. Pollo Ranchero is a wonderful dish of a very large grilled chicken breast topped with caramelized onions, mushrooms and is drenched with a queso blanco sauce. Camarones al Mojo de Ajo is another great dish of flavorful, grilled shrimp sautéed in garlic and butter. Both dishes come with rice, refried beans, lettuce, sour cream and flour tortillas. Again, both are really good. The place is brand new so you'll find it's clean and bright. The dining room is very attractive too. Another plus: They've got two small patios, one in front and one on the side. My only gripe and the reason for just 3 stars, is the service. Been there twice now and both times, it was just hardly attentive at all. I didn't get a check back either time and the last time, the server just dropped off the check presented on the corner of my table without a thank you. All I got was a quick "Pay at the cashier" and off he went. 3 Stars read more

They have multiple stores and we have frequented their other locations This is authentic food so if you are thinking your food will be similar to Taco Bell, this isnt the place for you ! Extensive menu, with something for everyone. They are more than happy to "alter/change" a dish to suit your appetite upon request. This is one of my favorite places to eat Mexican food. I have tried numerous items on the menu and my new favorite is the Burro Asada. This dish has tender steak strips, sautéed mushrooms and onions wrapped in a flour tortilla and covered in cheese sauce and tomatillo sauce. It is a real treasure on their menu. Other notable and delicious dishes include Pollo Ranchero, Pollo Bandido, Arroz con Pollo, and Camarones Ranchero. They serve Pepsi products and have wonderfully yummy margaritas. The staff is great and they all seem to look out for each other's tables. The space is large and accommodating for parties of many sizes. They have outdoor seating in front of the restaurant and on the side. read more

Well, first, we REALLY love the Los Mariachi on N. Bridge in Chillicothe and we will continue to go there, a lot! That being said, we live nearer Circleville and wanted to try the newest LM just opened, more convenient. Beautiful and clean and attentive staff got them the 2 stars. HOWEVER, who puts that much salt on any food! Rice was inedible and the salmon tasted like it had been soaked in saltwater and it was overcooked. My husbands burrito, the same one he orders in Chillicothe, was also excessively salty. Since we like this place so much, we will give it another try. I hope the owners are tasting the food and hope they are reading reviews. I feel bad now for not bringing it up while we were there, but just didnt have the energy to go there. Please support them, but be better than I was if the food is not good. Next time I will be more vocal. read more
