My friends both got the shrimp tacos. They also ordered margaritas but I had a water because I had an hour to drive home. Food was very good. The wait staff were so friendly and they were on it! They even came out and sang happy birthday to my friend and gave her a shot of tequila on the house. I love this place! It was clean, food and service on point. Everything was so cute and clean. A clean, spacious Mexican themed restaurant in the heart of downtown Circleville, Ohio. Free on street parking. Greeted and seated promptly. Upbeat Hispanic music playing. Server was prompt and courteous with silverware, menu, complimentary chips and salsa. I liked the chips but the salsa was uninspired. Order taking was prompt and accurate, as was the food delivery. Sadly, my single biggest complaint was nothing was stove hot, not even the plates. The food was struggling to be much above room temperature. The taco meat had a good flavor, not spicy, but only lettuce as a topping. No cheese, no onion, no tomato. The enchilada was just that with a bit of sauce. A spoon of refried beans with a dab of melted cheese, a spoon of rice. No frills, no ambience, no presentation. If the food had been hot I wouldn't complain too much about going again as I haven't found a Mexican restaurant in town significantly better. But for cold Mexican I can get better presentation, cheaper at fast food place. read more

A fairly large restaurant with lots of seating, we got right in on a Friday night. Our server was attentive and got our food to us right away. The alcoholic beverages come in large glasses. Their cocktails and margs are beautiful and tasty. The menu has a lot of choices for some delicious Mexican food. I got the chimichangas with shredded beef. The chimis were a decent size bursting with flavor. The beans and rice sides were good as well. I really loved that they brought separate salsa bowls for each individual in the dining party. The food was well a bbn over par. Service was great. The drink were the best. They have a large menu with something for everyone. Everyt hu ing tasted fresh not frozen or premade. The only downside was parking. There is some steert parking. In the back It was mostly reserved parking spaces.. There were some that had very ancient coin operated meters. I ordered beef tacos and nachos to go. I just live blocks away and when I got home the nachos had water in the bottom on container from all the lettuce. My the time I got thru lettuce and could find beef it wasn't even cooked all the way the same with beef on tacos. I had 2 small cups of sour cream in the bottom of the bag that was room temperature that I didn't order and was charged for. This was a nightmare. When I placed order on phone the girl hung up on me without even telling me a time when it would be ready. I got there in about 5 mins and of course my order was already on counter waiting on me. This explains why they add about quick service on website because it's not cooked completely. When I called to speak with someone they sounded like the could speak English but when I asked for manager that changed and manager not in for 20 mins. Waiter almost charged me for a part of my order that we never received. Water tasted metallic. I had to wait 10 mins before even getting a drink order. Never checked on us to check drinks, if everything looked good, needed anything or even recognize we didn't get part of the order. Then we waited a whole other 5 mins just to get the check. Thank god we finally got an authentic Mexican restaurant in Circleville. We gave them a while to get settled in and get thru the growing pains when they first opened and they hit the ball out of the park for sure. I was on a Sunday afternoon date with a guy and he absolutely thinks the food here is super so we ordered and we drove into town he ran in and picked it up I personally believe the menu was done well and it had some combinations and foods that I had not experienced before. So I will say that their offerings are well above many Mexican restaurants in Greater Columbus. So there is definitely a major Plus for them I will absolutely guarantee you that you will more than likely agree with me that the taste of the food and the portion size is far better than some of the bigger named Mexican restaurants in Columbus I fear that because they are in Circleville that disposable income is less than it might be in Columbus with a much smaller population and I do not want those types of things to impact their success.
