The taste was amazing and the portion was perfect. I was really happy with my dish. There are no prices listed for the wine, and I ordered the Austin Hope, which was smooth and went great with my dinner. That was a $110 bottle, FYI I learned that when I got the check lol. But honestly, it was very good! I also had the tiramisu, which unfortunately had way too much cocoa powder on it. It was drenched in it. That was a little disappointing because I was really looking forward to the tiramisu. The atmosphere was also louder than I expected. I thought it was going to be more of a quiet, chill vibe, but it's definitely more vibrant and loud. It's a great location and I would go back. Just a few cons that I noticed. Oh, and our server was wonderful...she was so sweet!

We tried the lasagna and the Alfredo pasta, and both were delicious and comforting in the best way. Definitely recommend, and we will absolutely be coming back!

The restaurant was extremely hot and uncomfortable inside, and we brought it to the server's attention. We expected at least a little concern or an apology from the owner, but the owner wouldn't even come out and speak with us. Instead, she left it up to the floor manager to deal with. The way the situation was handled made us feel like the customers simply didn't matter. We ended up having to leave shortly after eating because it was so uncomfortably hot. It's disappointing to see a restaurant that used to be good become this way. Good customer service starts with listening to your customers and showing that you care when they have a legitimate concern. Unfortunately, that was not our experience here.

We had such an amazing experience, from the service to the food, I give it all a 10/10, 100%, A+, gold medal...we will definitely be coming back to try more of the menu! We just went up to the bar and asked to be sat. We did not have a reservation, but luckily they were able to seat us right away! The woman who sat us asked us if we were there to celebrate anything, and (we weren't initially going to say anything, but since they asked) we told her what we were celebrating. There was a good amount of people there, the room just smelled of good food, ambiance was moody/romantic with dim lit rooms and candles (can't ever go wrong w/ that). The woman sat us in a part of the restaurant that was a bit more secluded which we absolutely loved. It was such a vibe in there and definitely recommend for a good ol' local date night. Also, this is a weird note but their water tastes SO GOOD lol. And I kinda hate drinking water so, I think thats a big deal lol... Now the food -- FRICKEN BOMB. First off, they start you with this roasted sweet pepper(?) something something olive spread thing w/ some baked sourdough bread (of 2 different kinds) and omg....YUM. To start, we got one of the appetizers on their specials -- the yellowtail hamachi -- that was some of the best yellowtail I've had, so *fresh*!!! No photos of that because we absolutely demolished it and I forgot to get pics lol. For our mains, I got the cioppino, and my mans got the glazed short rib and OMG...no words, no notes, 10/10 delicious & flavorful for both. I'm GLAD we started getting full so that I could have leftovers to eat. We were so full and asked for the check. Our waiter ended up bringing us a little carrot cake with a candle and said it was compliments of the chef. Btw, carrot cake...also bomb, and probably one of the best carrot cakes I've had. But that was such an unexpected and sweet gesture from the restaurant/staff, we had a good laugh with our waiter at the end, and everyone just made a special night even more special. Had such a good time and left w/ very full bellies..and leftovers! Woohoo! Thank you all again! We can't wait to come back!
