This was damn good food. We both ordered steak plates from the specialty section of the menu, and neither of us was disappointed. Flavorful, satisfying, and exactly what the doctor ordered after a day of exploring the desert. Our server, Fernando, was prompt, polite, and genuinely friendly. The ambience is very traditional Mexican, with bright colors and plenty of character. Wish we had one of these back home. We'd be regulars for certain! 5 stars without hesitation.

This place was recommended by locals in Moab accompanied by the shiny Google Review and Yelp review I see on the webpages. We were looking for a quick causal bite in Moab between our hikes at the national parks and this place was the perfect spot. The food was package and prepped nicely and it didn't take too long to get our food. They also have healthy smoothies you can order while you wait. We got the: 1. Vampire smoothie 2. Chicken Fajita torta 3. Chile relleno with extra beef protein added The vampire smoothie was nourishing for the body especially after a long hike. The entree was tasty with generous portion size. I ended up saving half of my torta as lunch for tomorrow's hike. The chicken fajita torta was a bit spicy so definitely clarify with the owner if you can't handle spice on which item he would recommend. Highly recommend giving this place a try! All of the ingredients were fresh and organic which provided a very clean taste. - The quesabirria wasn't greasy, but had a hearty beef flavor with a great, crispy shell. - The sopa, was like the best Mexican pizza you've ever had. Also, the lady working in the truck explained how to eat the sopa since I had never tried one before. She said to eat it like a burger and that worked well since the thick tortilla base was stable enough to handle it. - The mashed potato tacos were very unexpected and are something I'll crave. Aside from the food, the outdoor seating area was spacious and had a backyard patio feel.

We thought surely a hole-in-the-wall Mexican food truck would deliver the punch of flavor we had been missing. It wasn't bad, but it was a bit underwhelming. We were hungry after hiking so we ordered a bunch of things off the menu, including the birria, huaraches, sopes, and a quesadilla. The huaraches were interesting and unique, we had never had that before, but the flavor of everything left something to be desired. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere was very welcoming in the little patio area outside the food truck. This was better than standard typical Mexican restaurant food, but we just wanted a little more from them. Definitely check them out if you're wanting Mexican food though!

My husband ordered the Enchanted Chicken which had green chile and beans with a great southwestern flavor. My son kept it simple with the regular cheese quesadilla and my daughter loved the Dirtbag with cheese and refried beans. Everyone at the table was happy. One thing I loved about this spot was the misters set up around the seating area--they made a huge difference and kept us cool on a very hot day. We ordered six street tacos: two shrimp, two asada, one adobada, and one barbacoa, which came to about $27. The food was served quickly, and overall the tacos had a nice spice level and good flavor. They were a bit on the salty side, but still enjoyable. One thing I found unusual was that they didn't double up the tortillas like many taco places do, which made them slightly more fragile.
