The Korean Vodka Pasta was another highlight, with a nice gochujang kick that my daughter and I enjoyed. The Ribboned Eggplant Tempura was crispy, creamy, and fun to eat, even if the sweet soy glaze was a little sweeter than I prefer. The Salmon Press Roll was good, though I may have preferred a tuna or yellowtail version. Dessert was the miss for us: the Chocolate Mousse Pani Puri was creative, but not chocolatey or sweet enough for our group. Each participant chose a style of wine, a liquor, a fruit, and a garnish. Super-fun! If you're keeping track, that's a total of five alcoholic beverages included with the price of the event. You will not find cheaper alcohol anywhere else at Disney World! Plus, it was a super-fun event! I look forward to doing it again.

Filet of beef for me, plancha seared salmon for the Misses. The Little One opted for the meatballs, but only ate the mac and cheese that came with it. We got the gazpacho trio as an appetizer. The gazpacho was delicious, but came in 3 like shot glasses, making it hard to actually eat. The gazpacho was thick and didn't "drink" like liquid, but you couldn't fit a spoon into the glass to get the soup. You had to basically jam your tongue into the glass like an anteater. Luckily it was my wife and sharing, or it would have gotten awkward. Again, TASTE was great, I just don't understand why not tiny bowls or ramekins? The entrees were cooked perfectly, but lacked seasoning. And although $41 isn't exactly an EXPENSIVE steak, it also ain't cheap, especially when it came with no sides. Dinner over, we opted for dessert. The Misses and I split the Tapas Bar dessert which was just a couple of differing flavored dessert bites, and the LO got this chocolate mousse shaped like a pyramid. Everything was fine. Dinner was perfectly fine, in a beautiful setting.....but it was billed as this earth shattering culinary experience, and it CERTAINLY wasn't that. And at close to $300, you're looking for more than "fine."
