We have been searching for a good mexican restaurant with queso. Unfortunately for us this did not fit the bill for us. The queso came with jalepenos but also a ton of diced raw red onion. It was unedible. My husband ordered Arroz con pollo and I had the combination platter with two ground beef tacos. The meal was disappointing. The meat in the tacos was not very good. The refried beans were ok. The service was ok. Also, the inside of the light handing over the table needed to be cleaned desperately as it had grease and dead bugs. If the food didn't kill your appetite looking at the light fixture surely would. We do not plan to return. read more

This place is so wonderful and we went there for dinner together last night, at the last minute. So glad we did!! Our server was on top of it and treated us very well! The food was amazing, and so fresh! You must try the Chile Verde. I had that one and it was delicious!! The Margaritas there are also very good! I had the Grand Traditional Margarita and it did not disappoint. My mom had the Shrimp Enchiladas with Green Sauce! She orders them every time! They were perfect again, she reported. A friend and I met there the other night after work. We asked to split the bill, there was one item on my friends bill that should've been on mine. No problem, I give my friend cash for my part since she was paying cash anyways. I paid with a card. I check my credit card balance the next morning I get charged for BOTH tickets. I go to the restaurant after work, ask to talk to a manager the same waitress comes up. I explain the situation and she said "there wasn't enough cash so I just assumed you wanted them charged on the same card"!??! What??? So again I ask to talk to a manager she states there is not one there but they'll be there in the morning! What!??!? You have no managers on site!??? We went on a Monday for lunch. The weekday lunch specials are a tremendous deal. They bring you free chips and salsa. I had the taco and enchilada combo meal. It comes with beans and rice. You have a choice of ground beef, shredded beef or chicken. I had the shredded beef. My friend had the fajitas lunch special. It comes with rice, beans, Guac and pico de gallo. The hostess was very nice and got us chips and salsa right away. I am very disappointed when restaurants charge extra for vegetarians. Like why am I being charged extra for vegetables in a chimichangas instead of getting meat. I was charged 3.5 dollars for the substitute. I won't go back because of this reason. read more

We felt like our seat was definitely in the easiest location for her, but it was loud for us. There was a party table right by us. We were also hearing sounds from the kitchen and bathroom. This is the worst Mexican restaraunt I've ever been to. The queso was so thick it was like glue and tasted nasty. We had several people in our party and nobody liked their food we alll got something different. I ordered a cherry coke and I have no idea what they gave me it tasted like a cross between Dr. Pepper and cough syrup. I got one taco because after trying the salsa, queso and my drink I knew from the jump it was going to be awful. My taco was horrible the worst meat it was soggy, greasy and it made me feel sick. This is my go to Mexican joint! I would eat here every day if I could. Their Tacos Authenticos is the best!! Favorite meats are the shredded beef, pork and carne asada. The shredded chicken is good too. Everything is good here. I love the rancheros beans but the refried beans are good too. The house Margs are unique to Fiesta and a fan fave among all our friends. Edited to add: Apparently they called Lush themselves and the representative from Lush told them to keep whatever was in the box. Idc who told them it was okay, they know it was theft, and they know that it was wrong. TL;DR: The owner and staff opened my package that was wrongly delivered here, and stole the contents inside for themselves. Okay. I don't ever write reviews, but I feel like this warrants one. I'm not reviewing the food or ambiance there - I've eaten here and the food was alright. I'm writing about an incident that just happened - maybe 20 minutes ago. I ordered a box from Lush cosmetics, and I stupidly got my own address wrong. When I realized where I had it sent to, I called and said I was walking over (this place is right next door to me). The woman who answered the phone said that UPS had delivered my package there mistakenly, but they had already opened it and divvied out the products in the box, valued at around $80. I don't know if the UPS driver told them to do it, or the owner (Norma?) - who was mentioned to me by the hostess by name - said it was okay to take products that don't belong to them, but it's not okay. Two people had already left with items, and the other two girls seemed to not want to say that they had some of my things, even though when I was talking to the girl on the phone literally seconds before I walked in, she said that they each took one thing from the box. It's not illegal to open someone's package when it was delivered to the wrong address I guess, even though it had MY name on it; it is theft though, to take the things out of the box just because there's a possibility that the person might not come for it. I did come for it though. They told me they took my things. This is theft. I'm just upset and disappointed that the owner and her staff would knowingly just steal things like this. Ive been wanting to try this place for awhile so today my wife and I decided to go here. It's located on Wickham Rd., near Sarno Rd. in Melbourne. Overall, it wasn't bad or great either. The prices are reasonable and the food was decent. We ordered fajitas for two. The rice was alittle overcooked but tasted ok. The refried beans were very good and the salsa was great, it had a little heat to it, which I like in a salsa. The chips were just ok. Now the fajitas were a bit over seasoned but not bad. The pico de gallo was actually very good, it had plenty of cilantro! My wife's strawberry daiquiri looked good but had an unfamiliar taste and lacked rum. Service could have been better but I could tell they were shorthanded even though they were not very busy. I only saw two workers the whole time. On the Space Coast, there are certain local restaurant chains that are associated with a certain ethnic food. For example, most people here think of Bizarro's when it comes to Italian food (though compared to real Italian, it does not compare). When it comes to Mexican food, people think of Fiesta Azteca. With four locations, it is not hard to see why they are considered a popular spot. The original location is at the southwest corner of Wickham Road and Sarno Road. It is bright and very hard to miss. Unfortunately out of the four, the original is the "meh" restaurant. I want to stress that I really love Fiesta Azteca, but the one that I have the best experience eating at is easily the US-192 location right in front of the store that used to be Winn Dixie (Food Lion before that). Ergo, when I stopped into the original Fiesta Azteca, the one that mastered the food and service that resulted in expansion, I expected the best. I was wrong. First and foremost, the atmosphere is catered to the American perception of Mexico which can come off as very interesting or very tacky. It is a spacious area with plenty of seating too. My friends, Roadie and Frye, and I went because we were hankering some good Mexican or for me Tex-Mex. We made our orders and waited... and waited... and waited. Eventually, the food came and it was good if you've never eaten here before. For patrons who've frequented Fiesta Azteca in general over the years, you'll most likely agree the prices have gone up and the food portions have gotten smaller. It is still good but you are technically paying more to eat less compared to previous years. Still, we had the enchilada, taco, and tamale trio, burrito verde, Azteca soup, and the choco chimichanga (dessert). When comparing it to the other three Fiesta Azteca restaurants I've eaten at, this one does not compare. As a result, it is just okay though if you don't mind at least five minutes more to drive, go down to the Melbourne location because they do things better. If you don't mind the wait, this place is okay. read more

Wildly impressed. Stopped in for lunch, had an amazing $8 meal of the Veggie Burrito, Chips, Salsa, Spanish Rice, Whole Beans, and Coleslaw. Everything was cooked to perfection and the veggie blend in the burrito was delicious. The flavor was interestingly different than typical Mexican restaurants and the coleslaw side was an unexpected treat. As a vegetarian, it's very important that a waitress understands what ingredients are in the meal, such as lard in the refried beans. My waitress "Wally" was very well read on the menu, gave me recommendations and when I mentioned that I liked my food extra spicy, she provided a hot salsa and two hot sauces. She was speedy, kind, and fun, telling me that the unique flavors were local to Guadalajara. My portion was HUGE and I took it home for a second meal, as well. We have given this place many trys thinking every one has a off day. While the food is good, the service is not. My husband ordered a draft beer. Instead of letting him know the one he wanted was out and pick other one. They brought a bottle and charged more when draft was on special. They don't stop by and check and see if you need anything or refill on drinks. Once they drop off plates they don't ask if your order is right or to your liking. Once while there the female waitress even rolled her eyes at us and was very rude. She even went off on another waitress for bringing us chips . Was a table of 6 that night and guess she didn't want that big of a table. And this was before Covid even started. I know restaurant work is hard work. I have done it myself. I know you can have a off night. I have been here 3 times with different people. Not impressed with the service. They don't even greet you when they see you waiting to be seated. We were passed up 4 times for other individual 's coming in. We were all disappointed at how the young girl in the front was organizing & kept skipping our group ...she should be fired. Tried this location after a mediocre review that I left prior. Might've been a Covid related/staffing situation, I'm not sure, but lots of restaurants were not up to par at that time. Went again Father's Day 6/19/22 and it was quite busy, and our server Eddie E. was fantastic. He hustled the entire time and had a great attitude! Everything came out right away. I ordered the Azteca especiale.. with a Chile relleno and a cheese enchilada. Lots of cheese , it was generally good. The Chile relleno was a bit greasy and not to my liking.. Rice and beans were, well, rice and beans. The tortilla chips served at your table were light and crispy, cantina style, but not hot. There is something so wonderful about hot chips!
