I first came to Feta Republic on a close friend's recommendation to try their lamb chops, and I'm so glad I did. This was also my first time meeting one of the owners, Nonda, who warmly greeted me when I arrived. The restaurant was extremely busy, so my expectations were high, and somehow they still exceeded them. I asked for recommendations and started with the octopus. I normally never order octopus, but this completely changed my mind. It was bursting with flavor and served in a rich, herb-filled sauce that was so good I ordered pita bread just to soak up every last bite. Then came the lamb chops, which honestly were the best lamb chops I've ever had. Easily a 10/10. They were seasoned perfectly, tender, flavorful, and unforgettable. I kept thinking about them all night after dinner. The next day, I came back with a friend because I wanted to see if the food was truly that good or if they had just had an exceptional night. Once again, they delivered. We shared the octopus and my friend, who also doesn't usually like octopus, absolutely loved it. We also ordered the hummus with warm flatbread and a chicken skewer, both of which were delicious and perfectly seasoned. Of course, we both ordered the lamb chops again, and once again they did not miss. Also, I don't know what they do to make the lemon herb potatoes, but they are simply mouth watering and delicious. Feta Republic has officially become one of my favorite restaurants because the food is healthy, flavorful, fresh, and most importantly, consistent. That consistency matters. What a find! We were passing through the area and popped into this little gem. I haven't had good fresh Greek food like that in a long time. The Gyro was perfect, not greasy like other places near where I live in Jupiter. The pita was fresh tasty, the tzaktiki amazing and the Greek salad was so fresh with ripe tomatoes, fresh Feta (not overly salty) and crunchy cucumbers. The fresh cut French fries were a nice surprise! I told the owner that he needs to open a place in the Jupiter area! Run don't walk, thank me later by liking my review. Surprising great food for what seems like a small local spot. Must've asked us 100 times and never noticed it before until my girlfriend said you gotta try this place. Her daughter and boyfriend came home raving about the food here so here we are and we had an amazing delicious dinner. We shared the grilled octopus as an appetizer and then went onto our entrées. The octopus was our appetizer. The octopus was soft and delicious delightfully flavored, and there was plenty of it. We had the Giro platter and the spinach pie or a main dish. Platter was so wonderful. The lamb was so tender and soft and deliciously flavored. It came with seasoned rice, a small salad and pita bread really exceptional. Then we finished off with baklava and it was practically too big to finish a great portion. And by the way, they have beer on an excellent price. Located in Lighthouse Point this step mall restaurant is great to dine in or take out. Yesterday I chose the latter. Ordering a gyro sandwich with fries to go, I received an abundance of gyro meat stuffed into a pita with a large side order of House made fries. The meat sandwich in itself was good but could have used a bit more Thahini sauce. The fries had a nice flavor but did not travel well and were a bit soggy. I recommend if you want a quick Greek meal you might consider Fetta Republic but enjoy it there rather than to go. read more

This little gem is in our back yard. Had i not suggested we try this restaurant, my boyfriend somehow has overlooked it. Located in a shopping center with a few other of our favorite places, I was craving a Greek Salad. Wow! What a great salad i got. It was amazing and i wanted more! The delicious chicken Slouvaki skewer came with the salad. Our server may also have been the manager / owner LOL. It is a very small place but very clean and the food was definitely elevated which is why the prices are a little high. It is all very fresh and very authentic. My husband and I ate here the other night, we chose Fetta Republic because the other restaurant we were going to for gyros was closed. We ordered two lamb/beef gyros with a side of hummus and pita. This was literally the best gyro I have ever had! The tzatziki sauce was balanced perfectly, the pita was fresh and soft, and the amount of meat in the gyro and the flavor was amazing! The hummus was also fantastic. I eat lots of hummus and even make it at home but this hummus surpassed the others I eaten for sure and the pita bread was bomb. My husband and I were repeating to each other over and over that we made a great decision trying this new spot and no mistakes made. He said the workers inside were very nice as well. The food is good but the service is so terribly bad that we won't go back. We consider ourselves regulars but the guy that runs the place handles all the take outs, sitting the guests, taking orders, delivering orders, bussing tables and cashier. I give him credit for hustling but you literally sit and wait and he never looks at your table once. Forget if you need a refill or anything with your meal because he's never coming back. We sat and watched him for 15 straight minutes after finsihing our food trying to get him to bring our check but we had to finally get up and chase him down to pay. Tables sat for 10 minutes before he gets to them. It just makes for a frustrating experience and sad to say we won't return anymore as it happens every time. 2 stars because the food is good though. read more

I think we've found our spot for "cheat night"...you know...when you just can't eat healthy all the time and you need to stuff your face with something salty and delicious. What to try: the lamb and chicken gyros are amazing and super filling. They come with fries or salad. The salad is fresh and very tasty, but their fries are on a whole other level. The falafel is also delicious, and I like that as a lunch option. If your dining in, for dinner, I definitely recommend their lamb chops. Their perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection. As is true with most of my restaurant reviews, I like to quickly mention whether or not the place is sanitary and whether or not the service is friendly and effective. Fetta Republic boasts very good cleanliness and everyone there treats you like family. Every time we go there we genuinely feel like they appreciate our business, so definitely they earned 5 stars. Lunch...figure you'll spend $20-25/pp including tax and tip. Dinner..figure you'll spend (depending on your appetite and budget) around $35-45/pp including tax and tip. I had NO idea Fetta Republic has been in this location for 6 years and I am just getting to it to try some authentic greek delights! Located just north of Copans Road on US1 in the publix plaza is where FR is located (on the south side of the shopping plaza). Clean, bright, white and blue(the colors of Greece) with tables inside as well as a single table outside in case you are a smoker. I met 2 friends for lunch and I wasnt disappointed! I love Greek food and I was hungry for a Gyro so I ordered it (it came with either a salad or hand cut fries). My one friend had the chicken souvlaki and my other friend just came to join us she didnt eat. The chicken souvlaki came with rice and a traditional greek salad. It lloked delicious. My gyro was delicious with red onions and tsziki sauce and sliced beef/lamb on a fresh pita! How could I go wrong. There is a second Fetta Republic location in sunny isle for all you 305ers! Tried this place by accident and loved the food. We were wanting to go to the Sicilian Oven in Lighthouse Point, but the wait was too long so we walked around the plaza and came across this place. My friend and I both like Greek food so we gave it a try. I ordered the Falafel wrap and my friend ordered the Gyro wrap. We both had a choice of French Fries or a Greek Salad as a side. I ordered the fries (because fries go so good with falafel!), my friend the salad. My sandwich was mouthwatering delicious with a large clump of tzatziki sauce. You could tell the fries were made in house. My friend enjoyed her gyro and said the Feta cheese in her salad was the best she ever tasted. Apparently, it is Bulgarian Feta cheese, according to the waitress. The only reason I didn't give this 5 stars was that the waitress was efficient but not very friendly. I took half of my sandwich and fries home and asked for some tzatziki sauce to go. Most of the sauce they put in the sandwich is in the front, so I wanted enough for my leftovers. Just started working in the area and was walking to Publix and decided to stop in. I'm so glad I did. I just moved down here from NYC and this is one of the best places I've ordered from so far. I got the falafel pita with salad. I asked to swap the tzatziki with hummus. It was so good! The falafel was soft, thick, and warm A+ (also flavorful). The hummus was so good. It tasted and looked like it was made in house. Also, the wrap held together pretty nicely; I appreciated the packaging (both items were individually wrapped & placed in a styrofoam container). The falafel was so good that I have nothing else to say about it. Just "mmm" as I was experiencing the flavored layers . If you're vegan or trying to cut down on cheese I recommend the salad without feta. The salad was horiatiki, which is a traditionally chunky style of Greek salad. Would love more olives or capers next time, but it did not disappoint. Ultimately, this is going to be a great lunch spot for me at work. This was an interesting place. My friends came here on a Friday night before we saw a movie because it's right across Federal Highway from the AMC theater. At first as I was waiting I wasn't super jazzed because it was more casual than I'd thought for a place to go on a Friday night. The only other people was a table of very cute elderly ladies, so I felt like I might have picked the early bird specIal type place. But quickly the place filled up and as it grew darker the ambiance grew on me. It definitely feels more like a lunch spot, but as it filled it felt cozier. It ended up getting packed and there was only one waitress. She did really well with getting to everyone, I was impressed but felt kind of bad for her. There were no happy hour deals and the food was pricey, but worth it. Very very good Greek cuisine. We started with the flambéd cheese and fried zucchini.
