Fetch! is fantastic! After previously having a bad experience with a pet sitter, I've had friends come by to feed my cat when I'm out of town. But now that the cat is on daily medication (which he's not great about taking), I felt bad asking friends to deal with his drama. A friend recommended Fetch! and I haven't looked back! My first sitter was great for the cat but failed to bring in packages for a week, making it clear we weren't home. I gave that feedback and got an immediate response and apology from the owner. Our second (and current) sitter is fantastic - the house looks amazing when we get home and she's endlessly patient with the cat's antics. I love the check in notes, which comfort me that he's doing ok while we're gone. Our sitter was even happy to pop over on a last minute visit when a business trip went long. I'm so happy I found Fetch! and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a pet sitter! read more

I was nervous choosing an in-house sitter for our dog based only on online reviews, but Fetch has been great. They really proved their worth after the Derecho storms that hit DC in late June. Our sitter, Autumn, took excellent care of our dog and our home despite the challenge of having no power for the entire weekend. Her regular updates kept us 100% confident that everything was in good hands, even though we were away. It is so nice to have a pet sitter we really trust to handle any challenge that comes up. read more

I am so happy with Fetch! I absolutely LOVE Maria...she is very kind, genuine, warm, and truly loves my black lab, Gator. She takes her on long walks 3 times a week and puts a little yellow bandana around her neck every time she's walked Gator AND leaves a very detailed description of their walk that day. Not only is she teaching my very high energy English lab to walk without pulling but she's becoming one of the family! She even gave Gator a Christmas present (doggie treats) after only knowing her a couple of months. Maria is truly an asset to Fetch...I absolutely adore her...and she really cares and loves my dog. Hold onto her, Fetch! read more

Love the service! Fetch will continue to have my business and I'll use it for as long as I am in NOVA. The best in the area!

We love our dogs and want to feel like they are with safe and reliable walkers and Fetch! Pet Care has been really great. We have had two walkers over the past two-three years and they have both been really kind and reliable. Our current walker is wonderful and our dogs really like her. I enjoy getting the daily pics and notes re: the walk. The front office is also very responsive with any emails or calls. Would definitely recommend these guys. read more

My husband and I absolutely love Fetch! Pet Care. Extremely easy to make reservations and the customer service has always been outstanding. They will work with you on last minute requests and changes. We also really appreciate the fact they will always try to use the same pet sitter each time. We were initially assigned Maria and we can't say enough great things about her! You can tell she loves dogs and is truly caring and conscientious. She provides updates via text and email and is always quick to respond to any texts we send. There's only been one time where we had to use a different sitter because Maria was out of town, Lindsi, and she was great as well. All-in-all, with prices comparable to other pet services, Fetch! gives you your money's worth (and more!). Ask for Maria!! read more

Fetch was awesome! Dianna even left me a journal of the 3 days she was here, taking care of my 3 cats and 2 dogs. Would highly recommend 'em! read more

I have been using Fetch for over a year now and they are simply terrific. We have had two great dog walkers in that time who really like dogs and their work. Luisa loves our old lady dog and sends pictures of their walks every day; she spends a full half hour playing and petting Molly so she has some good people time even if the dog wasn't in the mood for a walk. When Molly appeared to be having health problems, Luisa helped to document what she was seeing. From the business side, the Fetch team is quick to help with changes in our schedule and they are super flexible and understanding. It is a wonderful company! read more

Ronit has been great with my dog Schmoopy and I love the way Fetch! provides great communication every day (pics, gps maps, notes) in a quick summary email. Helps me feel confident that Schmoopy is well cared for. read more

My pet sitter was always very responsive and left my apartment looking nice.

I had an awesome experience from start to finish with Fetch Pet Care! The scheduling part is seamless- you complete the online service request form, you are contacted by a Fetch employee to discuss your needs, and then you receive an email from Fetch identifying your sitter, who will contact you shortly. After submitting my request for care, I was contacted within an hour by Fetch. They take your credit card info but they do not charge it until after service is complete. As I live in Pentagon City, they matched me with a sitter nearby. Once they sent me my sitter's name, she contacted me within an hour or two. Julie (my sitter) and I set up a time when she could come to my apartment and meet Lex (my cat) and take notes on any instructions or special care he needed, plus get a lowdown on his routine. This meeting took about 30 minutes and she was very flexible with the time. This is also where we gave her a copy of our key. Julie checked in on Lex twice while I was away and she texted me after each visit and sent pictures too! Lex usually leaves hair clumps around the apartment when we are gone too long, and to my surprise there were none at all! Julie made sure to play with Lex, feed him his canned food, and change his litter box during her 30 minute visits. I could tell from the pictures Lex was enjoying the attention while we were away. Each 30 minute visit was $20-extremely reasonable in my opinion. I have now used Fetch in two separate cities (Pittsburgh being the other one) and have been very happy both times. Dare I say though, I think Julie really went above what my sitter in Pittsburgh did! I can say I would absolutely recommend Fetch Pet Care to anyone in the future and on my next trip away from home, I will absolutely be calling Julie to tend to Lex again! read more

Fetch pet care was easy to set up and super reliable. We loved our walker Michelle! Sad that we are moving we will miss her!

We used Fetch last week when we went on vacation to watch our two cats. They did an amazing job

All of the cat sitters have been great. They ask thorough questions at the introductory appointment and provide great updates after providing services. read more

Brenda did a wonderful job. She went above and beyond for our pets. My husband said she was like the Mary Poppins of pet sitters. Not only were our 2 dogs and 1 cat taken care of, but also our apartment was taken care of too. We came home to find our apartment straightened up and our pets with a whole bundle of goodies. Fetch also was very organized with the whole process of booking a sitter. The whole process was very stress free. Also just FYI Fetch seems to be one of the very few pet sitting businesses that services the Pentagon City area. read more

We have been using Fetch's services since October of last year and we are so glad that our neighbor recommended them to us. Our dog walker, Dana, came highly recommended and while Chloe was super anxious around other dog walkers, she warmed up to Dana immediately! The one thing we love about Fetch is how reliable and efficient they are. I cannot tell you how many times I have made a last minute change to Chloe's dog walking schedule and Fetch has been extremely cooperative. They also send me an updated invoice right after any change in service is made. I have even recommended Fetch to one of my coworkers and he uses their services to walk his puppy daily. Dana is also an amazing dog walker and we trust her 100% with Chloe. Sometimes when I am home and walking Chloe, if she sees Dana, it is as though I don't even exist! That is how much my dog loves her and how much we trust her. I receive daily texts from Dana about Chloe after her walks. I love that Dana sometimes walks Chloe with other dogs in our building. This has been really nice for Chloe too, since she has made some good friends. When we do eventually move from our building, I wonder what we will do if Dana is not there to walk our dog. I can't even think about it! read more

I love Fetch pet care. I use them every time I have to leave the city. Lynn, the owner is very responsive to any questions/concerns/comments. She truly cares about her business and how people (and their fuzzy creatures) are treated. Donna, my cat sitter is very friendly and responsible. She gives feed back about my cat and her behavior each day (she even bought my cat a toy once - super nice!) Every time I come home I can definitely tell that my cat did not feel neglected. Fetch is well worth the money and your creatures will be very well taken care of. read more

No complaints about Fetch Georgetown - they are very accommodating with last minute requests and cancelations. Jay is extremely friendly and replies to emails quickly. Katie is our dog walker and there are not enough good things we can say about her, she's amazing and our dog absolutely loves her. Highly recommend Fetch! read more

Wonderful pet sitting service. They were able to help me with a last minute pet sitter request and found a great sitter only 10 minutes from our home to take care of our puppy for 4 days. The process was extremely easy and everyone I spoke with was helpful and friendly. They really cared about my puppy and kept us up to date with photos while we were away. We will definitely continue to use their services. read more

Fetch! is a fantastic service. It is clear that they actually care about your pet. My dog was unhappy when I returned to work (and wasn't with him, all day, at home) and was being uncooperative with his Fetch! walker. Fetch! went to great lengths to make sure my dog was o.k. and did a great job of keeping me in the loop. For that and the fact that they are always there when you need them, I am greatly appreciative. read more

I've been using Fetch! Pet Care for over two years, and I could not be happier with them. Lynn C., the owner/manager, has always been very responsive to my questions and generally very friendly. The cat-sitter I use (Donna) is absolutely the best! She instantly bonded with my usually timid cat, and she is so good about sending me updates and even pictures of the cat when she goes to my apartment to feed him while I'm out of town. Knowing that my pet is in good hands makes it much easier to travel, and I would recommend Fetch! to anyone. read more

Fetch! is an amazing service at a competitive price. I've used Fetch! twice for a cat sitter, and I really enjoy the ease of booking the service, the automatic updates from the sitter, and the responsiveness of Fetch. Amber has been our cat sitter each time we've used Fetch, and she has been amazing. She is timely with her visits, and our cat likes her. Being separated from a pet can be an anxious experience for all involved, but Fetch makes the process easy. read more

Fetch is a fantastic service--reliable, professional, easy to use, and a great price. We've had a great experience with Melissa, who convinced our shy and finicky kitties to come out and play. She checked in and sent daily updates with photos to show us how they were doing, which was very reassuring! We've used multiple pet services in the past, but this one is the clear best. read more

Fetch is very responsive to requests--even last minute ones around the holidays. Their pet sitters are responsible and knoweldgable and spend time with your pet to give them some good TLC while you are away. They will also collect mail or handle other minor needs while you are away. The only downside is that they are pricey. Their prices for Arlington went up to $20 a visit when they merged with Fetch Georgetown a few months ago. read more

Unbelievably easy and friendly to schedule. Our pet sitter Nathan is top notch, our kitty is always well taken care of with no worries on our part during vacation and pictures and updates every single day. Customer service is a breeze; one time we even lost our credit card on vacation making it issue to charge our service when we returned. Fetch! Pet Care was very kind and understanding about it and it was cleared up in time. Dependable every single time! read more

But.... Fetch (Jay and team) worked very HARD and found the PERFECT (or PURR-fect) care-takers to make sure my cats were properly cared for/med administered! I was recently gone for 10 days and I have no issues - all went very well! Jay is exceptionally responsive and that is MUCH appreciated! The caretakers I had were awesome!!!!!!! Thanks to awesome Jay and staff! Just an FYI - If you want to get a 10% discount, make sure you give the 'code' when ORDERING a service! You will get a code when responding to a feedback request once service is rendered! Once another service is provided, discount code doesn't work! Just a tip! read more

I am so pleased with Maria from fetch. She is so thorough and friendly to my fur children. I highly recommend using Fetch.

Still the best! I wouldn't use anyone else. If I consider moving I will take into consideration if I will still be able to use Fetch! Our sitter Karen is fantastic. Having her taking care of our kittens makes a real difference knowing they are well cared for while we are away. read more

Fetch! Pet Care - They send great pictures too! - Dog Walkers Near Me - Arlington, Virginia

Amazing, absolutely top-notch pet care. It feels so freeing to know that I can now travel without my two cats being completely miserable. I used to board them at the vet, where they were shut up in a cage for days terrified. Having Fetch! be able to take care of them in their home means the world to me. Christina J. cared for my cats and did an excellent job--I joked that they were only moderately happy to see me come home because they were getting such good care! I really appreciate that she followed my instructions to the letter, especially since one of my cats has a sensitive stomach and needs to be on a very specific feeding schedule. I'm already planning to use Fetch! when I travel again in the fall. read more

Our walker and pet sitter Marcos was fantastic. He was incredibly flexible during the initial consultation and provided constant updates during our trip. Setting up the service was easy and someone called us back within hours. More importantly, our Pepi was thrilled with the sitter and was in a fantastic mood when we came home. The in-house pet sitting saved our trip and provided much needed reassurances. read more

I have used Fetch DC's dog walking services for the last two years. Their customer service is exceptional - Jay and his team are very accommodating, professional and quick to respond. They are proactive and ensure that our walks are scheduled in advance, but happily make any changes to the schedule as our needs change. All of our pet care providers have been wonderful and have taken great care of my toy poodle, Ollie on his afternoon walks. It puts me at ease when I am at work and receive the doggy log photos/updates confirming he is happy and comfortable at home! read more

We can't say enough great things about Fetch! We were in the Washington area for 8 months and used them 3 times. They are very professional and made us feel our pets were well taken care of. Krista was our normal sitter and she is fantastic. She would send us regular text updates on how our babies were doing. We trusted her completely with our dog and two cats, but also with our home. She didn't disappoint us. If you need someone to take care of your pets in your home, look no further. You would be hard pressed to find anyone better than Fetch. We also found their prices to be reasonable for the service they provide. read more

I used Fetch! Pet Care of North Arlington for three days during the Christmas/New Year's holiday week. Jessica was wonderful with my two high-strung terriers. She was prompt in communicating with me and scheduling my pet-care needs as well as follow-up when I returned home to make sure everything went as well as could be during my absence. My dogs were happy and well-cared for when I returned. Jessica also sent me voice messages with status updates during my absence so that I knew the dogs were being cared for. Thanks, Jessica! Great job! read more

I have been very happy with Fetch. I have a cat, and if I am out of town for more than one day he gets very bored and destructive. I really enjoy having someone come to my home while I'm out of town - it is so much easier than dropping my cat off at the vet or another boarding place. I think everybody is happier with this setup. The service seems to be very well managed - I like getting text messages from my pet sitter each time she visits. Also, when we got that freak blizzard in December, Fetch quickly sent out an email updating everybody and explaining how they would make sure all of the pets would get looked after despite the weather. I've been very impressed. read more

We really appreciated the service we got from Haley and Fetch. She went above and beyond, sending us text message updates on a daily basis. The price was a few dollars cheaper than the others in the area for what most of them offer as their basic, one-visit-a-day cat-sitting service. And, when we got home, our house was clean and our kitties were happy and healthy - what more can you ask for? read more
