Could not be happier. Ease of requesting and paying for services is excellent. Customer service (what little I've needed) has been great. And our walker, Brenda, is fantastic and we are very happy with her and the incredible amount of care and attention she pays to our dog. She leaves a detailed note and texts me a picture of our dog each day. I've already recommended Fetch and Brenda to numerous individuals. read more

I tried to arrange boarding with Fetch and had an awful experience. I spoke to a few people on the phone who assured me that despite it being Thanksgiving, they had plenty of availability and were not fully booked. I filled out all the paperwork and gave them my credit card info. They said the last step was to meet with a walker. A week went by without contact from anyone. After emailing them they responded telling me they were still trying to determine if they could find a walker. I was under the impression that this was a confirmed service. I called and the lady over the phone was not at all helpful and suggested I make 'back up plans'. I was finally notified a week before the boarding was supposed to begin that they couldn't find anyone to do the job. Thank GOD I have great neighbors who are able to help me for free. I couldn't believe this company would string someone along like this. I would have kept looking for another company if I had known at any point they couldn't assure me they could do the job! Not great service, very unprofessional. read more

I had seven different people walk my dog in a year. It seems they have a hard time maintaining staff. Of those seven, two were great, but that's not a winning ratio. I'd sent several notices about the most recent walker as to why the walls were so short (in terms of distance). She actually wrote back that my dog is just slow so they don't make it as far, blamed the heat, etc. I wasn't buying it, but yesterday was home when the walker stopped by. She parked directly in front of my house, walked my dog for 15 minutes and left. I received a notice saying my dog had been walked 30 minutes. Now I know that there was nothing lazy about my dog--I was being shorted in walks! To learn that you are getting half of what you're paying for is maddening. I cancelled them immediately! read more

I have two cats - one super shy and the other crazy - and Fetch's sitters have been fantastic! They send a pet sitter for an initial, free consultation to meet the pets, which was great! I used one of their sitters, Donna, both over Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays and she was just wonderful - I'm kind of a paranoid mom and she checks in with me, e-mail and text, to let me know how my girls are doing after each time she visits. I come back to a clean apartment and happy cats, and I have a worry free vacation. read more

Maria is a warm, gentle, woman who made us feel like we had known her for years. She cared for our kitties for 2 weeks which was the longest we had ever needed to be away from them so I was a bit nervous. She was great at keeping in touch while we were gone. Not only did she send almost daily email updates with a photo, but she also kept notes for us on paper. I'm pretty sure we forgot to leave batteries out for a new toy and she must have gotten some on her own to make it run. Stray litter spillage had been swept up which we really appreciated. With past sitters at other companies that was overlooked. The only problem was that I requested the litter be completely emptied, wiped, and filled with brand new litter halfway through the 2 week time period and it didn't seem like this was done. There was too much litter in the box- it was about 6+ inches deep and i think she just kept adding more clean litter on top after scooping. The ammonia was really noxious because of this. I'm sure long-term cat care like this isn't as common for Maria and next time we have her I'll be sure to make sure I'm clear about this step! Really appreciated being able to trust Fetch pet care. We actually had theft problems with a different company! We will definitely hire again and ask for Maria. read more

I am delighted with the cat care services I've used with Fetch! Setting up appointments is easy, the sitters have been wonderful in every aspect, and I get timely updates when they've stopped by (I use the service when I'm on travel). I highly recommend them! read more

Fetch! is a total class act. I think my dog likes her dog sitter more than me sometimes! I can always count on her to be well taken care of and nice and tired when I get home. The company is extremely responsive via email and you will get a response ASAP when trying to schedule a service, even if it is last minute. Do not hesitate to use any Fetch! service, you will not regret it! read more

Fetch is the best - We had Anna and she was incredible! We'll definitely be using their services in the future.

The whole staff is very nice and responsive. It's very easy to schedule your sitter, especially once you're in the system. Every time your pet sitter visits, you get an email or text with a photo and update. It's very comforting to know my pet is in good hands! Julie was my pet sitter this last time and she was fantastic. read more

Katie took care of our guinea pigs for one week and did a wonderful job. We will definitely use Fetch! again!

We have 2 cats and were very nervous about using pet sitting services in the beginning. I was very happy with the services they provided. we had a consultation visit in the very beginning and we really liked Danielle, she sent us pictures and text messages during each visit to let us know that everything is ok etc. we highly recommend their services and we will definitely come back again. read more

Fetch! Pet Care provided consistently good service -- they are responsive communicators, competitively priced and willing to accommodate schedule changes when needed. Our dog walker, Josie was an excellent match for our 4 month old, high-energy puppy. Josie always showed up at the times we requested and graciously met our requests for special handling (e.g., instructions on making the dog sit and wait before feeding and attempt to heel on walks, etc). read more

Sophia provided our family with a great sense of relief. Our plans to travel during the holidays were cancelled at the last minute but we kept the service anyway. Our days were very hectic and it was wonderful to know that the pets had additional love, care, no feedings and fresh litter boxes overlooked during this busy time. Our dog Lucy was a big fan and would watch/wait for her at her scheduled arrival time. Two thumbs up! read more

We moved to Arlington 18 months ago. We were so happy to find fetch pet care. We travel a lot an find fetch pet care amazing. Our cat sitter is Veronica Wong, she is wonderful with our cats, they love her. Every day, no matter where we are over seas, we get a current pic and daily report of how our kitties are doing. When we come home, it's like we never left. Our cats never leave thier familiar surroundings, sights , and or smells. And end up being way less stressed, than if we had taken them to a pet nanny. Thank you Veronica! read more

I just moved to DC and was looking for someone to check-in on my cat when I had to travel. Fetch has been great. They come check up on my cat and then send me an email letting me know how things are going. The online reservation and payment system is super easy and they are dependable. My cat-sitter (Nina who is awesome) even emailed me to let me know that the weather in DC had gotten really cold and offered to turn the heat on so the cat would be more comfortable. All in all a great service. read more

I've had fantastic experiences using Fetch. The staff is very responsive and keeps me informed throughout the process of setting up services. Our most recent sitter was Erika, and she was wonderful. She visited three times a day and gave us daily email updates about our dogs while we were out of town. It was comforting to know that our dogs were less stressed while we were gone, by staying in their own home and maintaining their routines. I highly recommend Fetch services. read more

Fetch!Pet Georgetown is terrific. I'm a last minute scheduler and they respond quickly and never let me down. Having the same cat sitter - Joan - means that my cat feels secure and comfortable. Joan is amazingly caring and responsible. She sends great notes and photos about the visits so I know how my cat is doing while I'm away. Thanks to Fetch! Pet Care I can travel for work and know that my cat is happy. read more

My Fiance and I decided to get a puppy pretty quickly, and I needed a dog walker ASAP to be able to let him out 2 times a day while we were at work. I entered my information and received a call later that day from the owner Jay. He was so helpful and thorough. He took the time to go through options others used for the puppy package, and really made me feel comfortable. He was able to match us with a walker within 72 hours to ensure our puppy did not have to sit in his crate for 8 hours. I got a call from my dog walker *shout out Crystal* who is the sweetest girl. She came over to meet Duke and she wrote down all of my wacky requests since we are trying to train him, and consistency is key. She has been such a blessing, and Duke loves her. I am so thankful that we found such a trustworthy, kind, and accommodating company to help take care of a member of our family! I highly recommend filling out your information and having a quick chat with someone from Fetch!, they will really help you understand and make you feel comfortable and cared for. Thanks Fetch! read more

I was new to the DC area and had to go out of town for a week and needed someone to stop in and check on my cat while I was away. Brenda was assigned to me and I could not be more happy! We did a meet-and-greet before I left and immediately she was on the floor adoring my cat. I got pictures everyday I was gone and knew he was in good hands with her. I will definitely be using Brenda every time I have to go out of town and would highly recommend Fetch! read more

Robin is very reliable and flexible. I appreciate the 9:00am cut off time for changes in the day's schedule. It gives me time to adjust to things that may present themselves early in the day. read more

So my wife and I used fetch for the last several months for our cats. The service was good and we have become very close to our sitter. I knew her from before, so it was a no brainier. I asked her about her compensation. She declined to answer. I asked again a couple of weeks ago and learned that she makes 50% of the money I'm laying fetch. So every $20 I pay, she gets a little less than $9. I feel like for such an excellent service, they should most definitely compensate their sitters more than 50%_ since they are doing all the hard work! Needless to say, I've hired her on the side and pay her the entire amount. Other than the compensation, I think the service is good. Responsive to your emails. Just wish they treated their employees a little better. read more

The entire experience using Fetch! Pet Care was easy and seamless. Also, the level of attentiveness and responsiveness displayed by the staff is top notch. I love that Fetch! connects you with a sitter within a couple of days and gives you the space to arrange a meet and greet with you/your pet(s) prior to the initial service date. I had two male cats that are friendly but can take awhile to warm up. Within minutes of Allison being there, one of them came out and walked on up to her for a treat and chin scratches. She immediately shifted her focus to getting to know him and making sure he felt comfortable with her. I knew then and there that they would be in good hands. Sadly, we had to put that cat down as a result of terminal renal lymphoma prior to Allison coming over to take care of them. When I let them know of what had happened, Jay at Fetch! immediately responded with a kind note and adjustment to the service request from two cats to one. Allison came in to visit with my other cat twice a day and made sure he had companionship and was well taken care of. I loved the pics and timely notes/updates she would provide after every visit. It really helped to keep us at ease while being away from our cat and also while grieving the loss of our other fur baby. I would definitely recommend Fetch! to anyone in need of reliable and caring per care services--they rock! read more

I use Fetch! Pet Care of Georgetown & North Arlington every time I leave town (which is quite often) to watch my cat. I get the peace of mind knowing I get the same representative (Donna) every time. She even sends me a text every time she comes by to take care of him. Really great service all around, I can't think of a single thing to complain about. read more

Fetch is simply the best pet sitting service I have found, and I tried many before I found Fetch and Lynn. We travel a great deal for business, and I use Fetch services at least once a month. Every single service has been exceptional. I never worry about my dog. Maria is simply wonderful and takes extra special care of him. As another reviewer also wrote, we appreciate the special treatment we receive (I thought we were the only ones!! :)). Last year during the "snowpacolypse", despite terrible conditions, Maria made it back and forth to our house, shoveled snow so our dog could go outside and was just a life-saver. We are life-long, loyal clients and wouldn't trust our precious puppy with anyone else. Administratively, Fetch is run professionally, with speedy responses and it is obvious that Lynn and her staff care very much about their clients, both the pets and people. You won't be disappointed. read more
