We decided to go through Gladieux because of the personal service we knew we would receive. We are so thankful that we did! They have been right there helping every step of the way. They know us by name when we come into the store, and it's obvious that they really care about our project. We might have gotten a few better deals at a big box store, but there is no replacing the customer service we have received from Gladieux.

Hubs was immediately impressed by the tool selections which I'm sure we will be back to look at more at a later date. We were asked if we needed any help with what we were looking for. Over the past 2 years or so I have bought a number of hand trucks / dollies from Wyse Carts for the…read morecompany that I work for. I was tired of the hand trucks we were using at the time constantly breaking if you tried to use them on even the slightest load. My mechanics didn't have the time to be fixing them every second of the day, so I began searching for a better solution and found Wyse, its a decision I haven't been regretted! If you are not familiar with hand trucks, then know this. There is a right way to build them, and a wrong way to build them. Most companies go with the wrong way, because its faster and cheaper for them. However Wyse doesn't live by this philosophy, they want to build a product that will not only outlast their competition, but is also safer. Their hand trucks deliver on both of these counts, its easily the best hand truck I have ever seen. The frames are made out of aluminum so they are light, but they are also reinforced in all of the areas they would normally break, and not only that but they also make their frames thicker than other companies do. The end result is a slightly heavier hand truck, but the trade off is worth it because if you take one look at them, you know they aren't going to break. Since I started buying their hand trucks I haven't had a single one come back for repairs, and I wouldn't be surprised if any that came back through only needed new break pads, which is something that eventually will need replacing. One of the best things is when you call to place an order or ask a question, you can actually talk to the owner! The first time I called to get some information on them the owner was the one who picked up the phone, and he told me all about their facilities, how they build their hand trucks, and their philosophy behind making them so strong. Its a small family owned company ran by nice people who make a quality product, and the price is pretty darn close to all of their competitors. For a difference of only $30 dollars or so there is no reason to buy a hand truck anywhere else, Wyse is the ticket in my opinion.

I must warn you not to venture into the Copper Kettle unless you have some pocket money to spend,…read morebecause you WILL find something you want. I am normally quite careful in my purchases and don't really buy anything unplanned, but as soon as I started looking around, I casually fell in love with eight or nine things. I had to restrain myself to keep from going broke and thankfully only ended up making three purchases. My mom, who came in with me, couldn't resist either and ended up buying some gorgeous bird figurines to put on her mantle at home. I'm still obsessed with this little hen candy dish I saw there that I did not end up buying, and a beautiful wooden pheasant, and some ceramic ducks, and... can you tell we like birds? I wish I'd taken photos but sadly I was too distracted. The main room isn't all... there is plenty more to see. The owner, Mark, is helpful and kind, and will tell you how to find the other show rooms. Can't recommend this place enough.

He did not find it a problem. However, he wanted to confirm whether it could be hooked up that way. An older blond lady with glasses said it could not be hooked up to the kitchen sink. It was not a portable washer, and therefore was not possible. She kept arguing this fact and kept persisting. I explained that I had previous hooked up a washer to another lady's sink at the ivywood apartments. I sent had to hook up my own washer as well. You can see the order for me to hook up my washer on the bill of sale. Neither the person at ivywood apartments, nor myself had any sort of problems with the washer. One last thing, the washer actually has a "cold tap " setting on it. You can see that in a picture posted.
