I could do this myself instead of calling a plumber. While the prices are sometimes a bit higher than the box stores, I don't have to drive, I know there will be someone to help, and I walk out with what I need and more knowledge.

If I wanted unknowledgable teenage staff I could go to any big box store. I tooled around the store, it seemed fair on some things, more pricey on others. Overall, it was worth coming back if I needed to.
