I was able to mail my documents with the assistance of Miss Arleen. She was excellent in the service she rendered. Great disposition, beautiful smile, and a warm personality. This company's dba is OBM. Their customer service is the worst in the Toledo market - they sold us…read moretwo Panasonic copiers which had terrible copy quality. Panasonic then decided to get out of the copier business, and OBM refused to service these machines properly or effectively and blamed all the problems on Panasonic. Then OBM refused to allow us out of the maintenance contract even though they could not fix the machines properly. Customer service and expertise in copier maintenance is completely foreign to this organization. We have since given both machines back to them, and still they have charged us the full amount for the remaining of the maintenance term. Unbelievable!
