I purchased my laptop and multiple printers from them. I know that if I have a problem there is a person a couple of minutes away that cares and will answer my questions. Over the years I have had a number of business cards and color flyers printed here and the staff has always been very helpful. Chris is one of the employees that I have worked with in the printing department and he has always been very helpful and has a strong attention to detail.

Instead of paying $120+ for shipping this large package, or just giving up and keeping the $200 item, she helped save us money and effort. I'd never heard of refusing a package after it's been delivered and even kept for a few weeks, but since we hadn't opened it she helped us send back the package for free. That little bit of advice saved us a lot of money, not to mention the hassle of lugging back a 50lb package and trying to sell it online. Thank you, Toni! First they said I could bring it in Tues. Was disappointed but I understood. Then 10 min later, guy from store called and said they could have us bring it Sunday at 1:30 !!
