Never going here again. Two friends and I went here in 2016 to make prints of our art to sell at an upcoming convention, everything was perfect, so we decided to use them again this year. Mistake. Claimed they didn't receive some of my emails with the files in them, so we had to take an extra trip there the next day. Mind you, this place is 25 miles away from us. Called them in the morning, told them we'd be in at noon to pick up our prints. The woman on the phone said they'd be ready. We arrive there at noon, and she says their computer person just arrived, so they aren't ready. Great customer service, huh? She asked us to come back in at 4. We said no, we both will be at work. We compromise to come back in at 2. So we go home, load up our stuff to set up for the convention that night, and then come back. 2 was cutting it close because we both had work at 3. Everything seemed fine when we got the prints, at first. They completely didn't print one of my files at all, and the resolution was incorrect on one of my friend's prints. (there should have been no bleed and there was) They did not apologize or offer any sort of discount or anything. Over 75 miles of driving for THAT? No thanks.
