But their customer service lady (Donna thank you again!!) was amazingly helpful and understanding and explained how they would deliver my boxes direct. I went with them and I'm glad j did because they apparently went directly there and delivered them well before my clients show. I can't recommend them enough for any deliveries you need, they delivered fast and were the only delivery company that was competent and wanted my business. 5 stars doesn't do them justice.

Apparently no one in Cleveland delivers pallets on a short notice to Atlanta (it's too far for them…read moreto go) well no one but Reliable Couriers. I contacted these guys after calling literally every other delivery service in Cleveland and Akron, and they said they could. They gave me a price and two of their drivers showed up with a cargo van to pick it up within an hour after I called. The drivers were professional and knowledgeable and used a strap to make sure my pallet wouldn't move and started driving. They delivered it extremely quickly within like 11-12 hours and my client was extremely satisfied we could get this delivered to them in time (thank you for that the client is now one that buys from us all the time). Their customer service rep (Donna) was helpful and courteous, and I wouldn't hesitate to use their delivery service again.

Dispatcher lies…read more Placed an order at 730. Was told it would be there shortly. An hour later was told driver had been waiting in line for an hour. I called the place they were picking up and asked if they had over an hour late. Was told nope average has been 15 minutes. Dispatcher messaged me saying driver had been in my driveway 15 minutes and I wasn't coming to the door. Opened door and nothing. My lights were on nothing. A few minutes later someone showed up said he was the driver but the order accidentally fell on the ground. Wasn't on the ground in my driveway or the driveway they said they went to across the street. So they couldn't do the order. Instead of just saying we cant at 730 nearly 2 hours later and after the local place closed. They say oops we dropped it. Zero accountability. Driver that showed up to say he dropped it was different than the pics she said was the driver that was inline the 2 hours. Different car from the pics and different driver from the Facebook it was sent to her from. Facebook to her at 835 also said in line now. So they didn't even go to get the order for an hour after.

I first called on Metro Delivery to bring over a Cost Plus World Market couch; they showed up in the scheduled window and carried it into the room still boxed, which made things easy. Next up are some storm windows, which would have fit in my last car, but are just barely too large for this one. Scheduled-for-the-future delivery is pretty cheap; prices go up as you get into same day, 4-hour, or rush orders. Bit of a niche business, but it's a niche I need --- I'll be back.

Nice little bookstore/newsstand…read more We stumbled on it while walking around downtown, during a visit to Heidelberg to see Sweetie's brother. Looked at a plaque across the street, and went back to the car. Passing this, looked at displays in the windows, not even noticing at first that it was open. Once we realized it was, we went right in, of course. It's mostly magazines, with a pretty good variety. We ended up getting a few. There are some books, including local ones. Also some collectibles in back. The owner was friendly but quiet. I'd be happy to have this store near my college, or frankly, in Columbus. Not fancy at all, but plenty of interesting stuff to read.

The employee/owner, is kind of esentric, yet helpful. I do enjoy the men's fitness editors editions I pick one up every time I'm in town. This shop has been here as long as I can remember (20ish years maybe longer), which is saying a lot for Tiffin. So they must be doing something right!

called for a van for 3 people told them 2 were heavier people they told me ok the would send a van…read morebut what came was a toyota corolla could only fit 2 in had to be left behind and walk home while the 2 that fit took the cab the driver felt really bad about it tried to see if i could sit in the front seat but they said NO against the rules. I had to walk 6 miles home they didnt even try to offer me another cab or anything!!! worst cab company should of told me they couldnt get a van so i could of made other plans. I paid 25 dollars to walk but the 2 of the 3 handicap ppl got home
