That might be true, except if it is a defective product and is no longer carried, the customer is out of luck. I bought $250 worth of yarn for my church prayer shawl group. 2 of the skeins I wanted to return because the product did not knit well. I used half of one and did not try to return it. The fibers came untwisted and stretched where another color was inserted to make the confetti effect. They refused to take them other two back, because it is no longer carried. My guess is it was discontinued due to this problem! So instead of refunding $7 or allowing me to get 2 different skeins, they made an unhappy customer. Not exactly good for a store that professes Christian values. Michael's is right across the street!

Thinking it was just the cushion, I took the seat cushion to an upholstery shop for them to replace the foam. When it was done, I picked the chair up and they returned the foam taken out of the seat cushion. The foam was very yellow and I asked about it. I was told the foam was very old that was used to fill the seat cushion, but the changing of the foam didn't solve the problem. The base of the chair has a cut out that has a white insert over the oval hole in the seat. The cut out hits my bum right where the sciatic nerve endings cross and run down the leg. Who in their right mind would cut a round hole in the seat? I never thought to look under the cushion at the seat! This $900 rocking chair is the worse chair I have ever owned!!!! I have yet to find the fix for this mind boggling, horrible chair! Save your money and buy something ergonomic!
