Very sweet worker named Monte. Had a lovely conversation that really brightened my day!

All of the employees are very helpful at this store. We have a small business and I love that I can ask an associate about a product before buying it. I purchased my laptop and multiple printers from them. I know that if I have a problem there is a person a couple of minutes away that cares and will answer my questions. Over the years I have had a number of business cards and color flyers printed here and the staff has always been very helpful. Wow. What great customer service by Megan ! It's been a chaotic few weeks as my parents house burnt to the ground. We replaced computer, filing cabinet. Every power cord and more My dad had a old iPad damaged by the fire but we got it up and running with Megans help. We also bought a filing cabinet and after putting it together the door wouldn't close. Do not have any printing done here, the staff was not very knowledgeable or helpful. The also bound my order incorrectly which had to be redone. They offered no discount after wasting my time with their mistake. I will use a competitor next time I need documents professionally printed and bound. read more

We purchased a laptop computer, a desktop computer, a printer, and desk chair here one day, along with the 2 year warranty for the higher end laptop. 10 months later when the laptop wouldnt so much as turn on, we turned to the warranty. Apparently we didnt know we had to register it with the receipt, which we no longer had. One employee was trying to help us (after 3 visits to the store) and ended up being let go. The manager then told us there was nothing she could do, 3 more visits later. Are you kidding me?!?!?! I turned to the corporate website chatline. This person kindly informed me of a receipt line you could call if you lose your receipt. One phone call there and an hour later i had my receipt in hand. Easily called Asurion to register the product and place the claim and we are finally ready to send it off to be fixed. This is by FAR the WORST experience I've ever had with purchasing electronics. I will not buy so much as a wooden pencil here again. My husband purchases all his company's office supplies and used to go here; Office Max has also lost all of their business now.
