This is a small town hardware where the staff go out of their way to greet you & help you find what is in stock or order it for you. Ace stores invest in their communities which is another good reason to use them over larger chain stores. read more

I returned the treats to the store the next day. The manager stated he had found no bugs in the bulk treat bins. He looked at the treats I returned and did not see any bugs. Yet myself and two members of my immediate family saw the bugs. The manager didn't remove the bulk treat bins from the shelf and I wouldn't be surprised if he dumped the treats I returned back in the bins. I wasn't given a refund because I paid with a rewards card, so I had to buy something else. The manager seemed to think I just returned the treats in an attempt to get a $5 cash refund. Sorry Scott, but I am not that desperate to get $5 in cash. The employees in this store are always rude and nasty and today was no exception. I just want to warn other dog owners to be aware of the bug infested treats. I think the health department should be notified, as well. This store sells human food items as well as pet food.

Every time I walk into this place, I already know I will leave empty-handed and irritated, and I always promise myself it'll be my last visit.

National Door & Trim was not aware that their manufacturer required sign off on samples for custom orders and lost us the 8 week lead time entirely. Then manufacturing experienced delay after delay with no communication. We had to follow up weekly for updates. No concessions were made for a 4 month delay of our cabinets that caused our home construction to sit idle for months. National Door & Trim has excellent sales staff and their product looks decent but their customer service lacks. Over budget, Over Timeline, Poor communication, Poor Customer Service

The older male managers sexually harassed the younger associates. I've heard and seen the management make fun of customers based on their religion, height, weight, a person's financial standing, and just by the way they look. They have nicknames for regulars they don't like. The accosiates are good people for the most part that need better management. The worst manager are the store manager and the short and FAT woman with colored hair. Those two are the bottom of society.

When it was delivered the edges weren't smooth and if you looked on the underside of the table it was VERY obvious it wasn't barn wood. Called the Lady that owns this place and she played dumb like she had no idea. So after several back and forth conversations they remade a table top and were supposed to come to our house and change out the tops (attaching to the legs). The guy they hire to drop off the tables refused to help assemble. just dropped off a table top and let me add its still not reclaimed barn wood. We were even told by an employee that they just cut down trees and let them age a little and use those. NOT barn wood so this owner is very dishonest. The new top has 2 supports underneath that are NOT even One goes all the way to the edge and the other is inset like it should. It looks terrible and they paid good money to be ripped off.
