This is a "real" hardware store where you can buy one (or a few) bolts, or that oddball plumbing part you simply must have to fix your leaky faucet. They go out of their way to answer your questions and help you solve your particular problem.

I searched and found similar ones, but not the one that I wanted. I then asked Austyn and he then went to a computer to look it up and came back and told me that they weren't on the floor, but he would go get them. Upon his return he had 12 of the color I wanted and I asked him if they had anymore and he stated that they had another box of them and he would return in five minutes with them unless he got sidetracked by another person. He returned within the five minutes and I got the additional 4 that I needed. Thank you Austyn for the excellent customer service. Great job!!!
