This company came out and gave an estimate that was quite expensive ($187 for the service call and…read morethen $235 per bedroom ceiling fan to put in 42 inch ceiling fans that we had already bought for $70 each at Home Depot in two bedrooms), when we decided to look for other quotes, got a call later from a male at their company who scolded at me because we didn't do the work and said something to the effect "you think we just come out and do this for free and then hung up on me." this is where customer service has met its demise apparently.

Had a price in mind for the work I wanted done. However upon inspection, the wiring…read more.. unsurprisingly... was not completely safe in my house. We bought only a few years ago and have discovered similar instances around the house, not just with electrical. Anyway, it was easily explained to me the situation and a few clear decisions were explained as well by the technician from Cousino. The guy was professional, easy going, not trying to oversell anything, but coming at it from a "looking out for you" kind of manner. Unfortunately, my project just became a little less simple and I expected that to reflect in the price too. I'll say this, the job was done quickly, everything looks great, I feel confident in the work and safer knowing why he had to do what he did. The best part was the price was completely reasonable! When you get quality and peace of mind and still feel like it was a good deal... these are my guys going forward for electrical work.

I would not suggest using this company. I had scheduled a time for someone to show up and install a…read morecouple items for me. The time they were scheduled to show up had come and gone. I called to inquire on if anyone was going to show and was told that another electrician was just finishing up a job and would be there soon. The electrician showed up about 30mins later. They started about 1:30 and were still there around 6:30 not finished. While trying to run wire from the attic they attempted to take paneling off of my wall to better get access to it. While he was on my ladder his foot slipped and cracked my paneling. My wife seen this happen. Granted he did apologize and stated if I had any issue the office would make it right by either replaceing the damaged paneling or covering the damages. They came back 2 days later and finished the install and left my area a mess. I brought the problems up with their office. The lady I spoke with stated she would get back with me after I sent pictures. The email I received basically stated that the electricians that were at my place lied. This is the email I received. ( After speaking with the electrician and our manager, it seems that he accidentally tripped over something in your hallway, which caused the panel to crack. He repaired it using silicone, and your wife said that it looked good & that you intended to replace it soon anyway. However, we understand that this is not an ideal situation, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused. Regarding the dust left behind, we apologize for the oversight on our electrician's part. He did not have a vacuum in his vehicle and asked to borrow a broom and dustpan from your wife. She assured him that it was not a problem, and she would take care of it. He apologized and asked her if she was sure, and she confirmed it was. While this is not our normal protocol, we appreciate your understanding. We want to make sure that you have a positive experience with us, so please let us know how we can make it up to you. We value your feedback and want to ensure that we can rectify this situation to your satisfaction. Please feel free to contact us at shelly@3RiversElectric.net or 260.908.8700.) My wife was overseeing the installation. She seen his foot slip while he was on my ladder which is why the paneling cracked. It had nothing to do with anything on the floor. They also stated they asked my wife for a broom and dust pan to clean their mess. Also not true. Had they of asked she would have gotten one of my shop vacs. I did not want them to put it back up broken. This looks tacky. I wanted it repaired properly. So from what I'm seeing is they will come to your place at their own time, destroy your property and leave the place a mess. They stated they would make it right. I don't see it.
