It's not huge but it's got pretty much all you'll need for most minor repairs and around the house needs. In addition to all that, they have a cute section in the front with some home decor and gifty things, including a pretty solid Rifle Paper Co. selection which excited me! Overall a very cute, handy, and convenient hardware store that's perfect for townies. FYI--They don't have their own dedicated lot but it's easily accessible from either the front on the main drag as well as in the back where there is plenty of public parking.

It was a terrible match and I don't recommend using the app. When I went back to the store, one of the guys loaned me a color fan to take home to match my paint. This resulted in a paint that was closer to my trim but still not a match. Finally, I found a small piece of trim that pried off and took to the store for them to scan and match. They re-mixed the second can of paint that I had bought so it wasn't wasted and they fussed with the mix to get a perfect match. They didn't charge me for the re-mix.

We used SW paint for our entire house, interior/exterior, purchased thru Bellevue, WA store. While…read morethe paint did a proper job, we did have an issue with a black exterior latex. Advised then manager of the problem but agreed to wait to see if it resolved itself. Mgr made notes to file on the computer. 1.5 yr later, it had not resolved. Went to the Issaquah store (nearest us) simply to replace the remainder of our paint with one that would resolve the problem (offered initially), only to to be told that one must return to the original store of purchase to resolve. Issaquah SW spoke with JESSICA, Bellevue manager & advised of the issue. She said that the customer (me) had to come INTO the Bellevue store to resolve (20 milesl away)..I got Issaq. to contact again and she said I could call & she would authorize the replacement gallon. I called her immediately on my cell, was on hold 20+ minutes and she never picked up. When I called back & advised her of the issue, I got real ATTITUDE..I AM WITH OTHER CUSTOMERS...YOU NEED TO WAIT...Never did I hear "sorry for the inconvenience, what can I do to make this right?" Old files of the complaint had been deleted but the paint I brought in demonstrates the obvious problem of remaining tacky after 2 years. SHAME ON JESSICA FOR HER LESS THAN STELLAR CUSTOMER SERVICE. IT APPEARS THAT I WAS AN INCONVENIENCE TO HER ..Regardless of the quality of the product, WE WILL NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ONE THAT DOES NOT VALUE THEIR CUSTOMERS OR THEIR TIME.

Had a great experience at this showroom in Ann Arbor! I had already been browsing LoveSac…read moresactionals online and when I saw that they were doing a weekend 30% off sale, I knew I likely wanted to take the leap. I came into the showroom because I wanted to get a better sense of the look and feel of the sactional in person. The sales associates in the store could not have been more helpful! The showroom is not large in size, but set up very efficiently. I walked them through the configuration I had in mind, and they build it out of blocks to help visualize. I got to sit and feel their two fill types, the different between standard and deep seat configuration, angled and straight backs/sides, got a demo of how the pieces lock together, got a demo of the built in surround sound, and got to see large swaths of each fabric option. They patiently talked through all my product questions as well. All to say that the showroom experience added confidence to our decision to purchase. They also helped me schedule a delivery date a little in the future to time the delivery with my move date. (Will note that they have limitations to how long they can hold a purchase for.) We're excited for our new couch!
