I've bought smaller equipment at Home Depot and Sears and this is a better more informative experience. Finally, the sales process was simple and exact. It was a terrible match and I don't recommend using the app. When I went back to the store, one of the guys loaned me a color fan to take home to match my paint. This resulted in a paint that was closer to my trim but still not a match. Finally, I found a small piece of trim that pried off and took to the store for them to scan and match. They re-mixed the second can of paint that I had bought so it wasn't wasted and they fussed with the mix to get a perfect match. They didn't charge me for the re-mix.

Fasteners is a small chain of hardware / building supply stores. This one in Ann Arbor is on Varsity Drive, in the industrial park. You don't have to be a business owner or place huge orders. Everyone is welcome to buy there. I talked my hubby into getting some nifty pants with a lot of pockets and durable knees with optional knee cushions that you insert into little pockets at the knees, for all those times you're down on your knees fixing stuff. We also talked to the reps for ladders, DeWalt tools, etc. who were there. If we had known they'd be serving lunch, we wouldn't have stopped at the coney island. Lunch smelled pretty good, too! Hubby got some sawz-all blades he'd been wanting. Hey, he stops for my quilt shop stuff; the least I could do is encourage him to have all the proper tools to fix stuff around the house. Open 7 to 5 Monday through Friday. Closed Saturday & Sunday.

Are they priceless, antique, arts and crafts. Not sure. We left with a parrot can opener, and a few other oddities to display at the home this Christmas. Again, great store, with great items.
