I made one phone call and got answered by a nice guy who took care of the issue promptly. Really appreciated that. I just ordered from them again for the first time in years on Monday March 9th, 2026. The purchase was charged to my credit card. Since then, it has been in a "security review". When I call, no answer. The voicemail is full so I cannot leave a message. The phone system also states to text the phone number if nobody answers. I texted the phone number. No answer. I submitted an inquiry on the website. No answer. I messaged their websites chat for days. No Answer. One of the worst customer service experiences I have experienced to date. Why give so many options to reach your team if you are just going to ignore the customer? Why not treat the customer properly who has already paid you? Why promise shipping within 3-5 days if you can't adhere to that? I am going to continue calling, but now that it has been 10 days, I am seriously considering calling my credit card company and voiding this charge. Is it so hard to receive proper customer service? It feels like they are scamming me now. 2/5 stars only because of my original experience years ago. Currently, I would give it a 0/5 due to the terrible situation I have run into.

In my experience, the quality of both their products and customer service has declined significantly. google search them and read the bad reviews ! One major concern is the sale of expired products. On multiple occasions, I've received items that appeared to have altered or obscured expiration labels. When I raised questions about this, I either received no response or was given unclear answers, which only added to my concerns. Over the past two years, my orders have also been inconsistently fulfilled. Items listed as "in stock" at the time of purchase were later marked as "warehouse transfer" with no clear timeline. In one case, it took four months to receive part of an order, without any prior notice that the item was unavailable or on backorder. My current order has been pending for over three months with no updates. Attempts to contact the company have been largely unsuccessful. Emails and text messages requesting order updates have gone unanswered for weeks. Phone support is unreliable--calls often go unanswered, and voicemail boxes are full. On the rare occasion I did reach a representative, the interaction was unprofessional and dismissive. I was told to "contact the office," despite already having done so multiple times, and the call was abruptly ended before I could ask further questions or request a resolution. What a unpleasant and unprofessional worker and my guess it's whole team ( read others reviews ) Given these repeated issues--misleading stock information, lack of communication, questionable product quality, and poor customer service--I can no longer recommend this company. Based on my experience, I would rate them 0 out of 5. I am now pursuing a dispute through my credit card provider, as I no longer feel confident that my order will be fulfilled or handled appropriately.
