I have to say that I'm skeptical about the negative reviews after visiting the store. Grow Green…read moreMI appears to be successfully straddling service of both large commercial grow operations and small hobbyists. They had everything I needed in stock and spent time with me answering questions about alternatives that may improve quality and yield. As a "warehouse store" you're not going to have the hand holding you'd get in an Apple Store or luxury boutique, but I do expect that a newbie could still obtain advice and assistance in starting out. The only unpleasant or shady aspect I see is the unfortunate location across the street from a prison that houses the State's most mentally defective convicts. As long as you don't think about the hundreds of poo-flingers caged across the road and the freaks employed to stare at poo-flingers and exhibitionist onanists all day, it's all good. And I'm sure the proximity to the collection of criminal nutjobs and their keepers helps keep the rent and overhead costs low. Just try not to think about the sick rejects staring at criminal poo-flingers and onanists all day and focus on the goodness of the natural and organic gardening supplies or just order online.

I added a note on my order explaining that I had been wrong in my inventory and needed this product ($500 of the order) ASAP and would be happy to pay expedited shipping. I didn't hear back on that note and a month later tried to contact them again with no luck. Periodically I would reach out via phone, chat, and email with no response. Finally at the end of July someone at the store answered and profusely apoligized saying the warehouse people mess up the orders all the time. The gentleman promised to call back with a tracking number w/in two days. I never heard back from him. In the second week of August someone finally answered on their chat. They said the order was held up because they didn't have some $2.00 spigots I ordered. They asked if I would like to be reimbursed for these $2.00 spigots and have the rest of the order shipped. I said I had no faith in them as a business and wanted a full refund. I was never reimbursed and now almost 4 months later they won't respond to any communication. It makes me sick to my stomach thatvbusinesses like this can and do exist in our country.
