We shopped around after finding a new work coat for him, and I even found a coat that I decided to buy. The store really does have everything, and it is clean and easy to navigate. We also got some dog toys for much cheaper than we are able to get by us in the Detroit area. The best part was that we got all the way home before I looked at my receipt and realized the jacket I bought rung up for $10 more than the price on the tag. Since we don't have a store by us, I emailed and sent pictures of the receipt and tags to see if there was anything they can do. I quickly received a response, and today I received a $10 check in the mail from the store! I was not expecting that quick of a response and a company to make good on the issue even without being in person. We will definitely stop back in next time we are in the area to support a business that seems to care about their customers and their customer's money.

Walked around for a few minutes wondering if maybe they were on an end cap, when a very polite young man named Nolan saw me and very calmly asked if I needed some help. I told him what I was looking for and he voluntarily went over to check the shelves himself. When he didn't see it he grabbed a manager and they went to find it for me in the back. They did all this without making me feel awkward or anything. Outstanding customer service, and I highly recommend.

After donating blood down the street my dad and I stopped in for a propane refill. On the way to…read morethe car a man walked the new tank back to my car and loaded it for us. I, however, didn't make it to the car and passed out in the parking lot. The man and other staff rushed over to me and brought me inside to recover. They gave me orange juice to hydrate and sat me on a bench to recover. All staff members were super nice and we're constantly checking on me until I felt well enough to walk to the car.
